ok later i will make a full post about this. But I have been pvp with my Jedi alot, and I can tell you that any profession that is not a double master is short coming themselves by a long shot. There is not point in getting 4.4.4.4 defedner if your not going to master it. Also you have not healing in your template, you will be dead in 10secs. Force armor drains you to much and you dont have forcerun2 to get away. If you would like my honest opinion this is the worst template every know to man, nothing is solid at all just a bunch of things thrown together. I am going to make a full post later on the issues of templates, to late people know it is well worth it to get to master boxes. I have fought alot of Jedi without double master and most of them wish they could have a double master. Most people simply do not want to grind out the xp. What is the point of getting Jedi if your going to do it half way. Force is very imporant and master skills are used so much in pvp and pve and without you are really just still a padawan even though you finished the Knight trials

Hi all.
Right now I'm running a BH 3/0/4/0, TKM, Smuggler 0/0/1/0 template with 8 skills points put into force sensative ranged and melee defences and 1 skill point left over.
Lately I've been thinking about changing my template to BH 3/0/4/0, Master Pistoleer, smuggler 0/0/1/0 and the same force sensative ranged and melee defences.
I have a few questions about this switch that i was hoping someone could help me with. First thing is i was wondering if you all think its better to keep the force sensative defences, or to put those skill points into smuggler making me 0/0/4/0, if i do keep the force sensative skills i'll still have 1 leftover skill point which i think i'm gonna put into force sensative ranged accuracy.
also i was wondering if anyone could tell me what you find to be the most effective tactic in bounty hunting with the pistol rather than TKM. I'd assume that hitting them with a good bleed, a torso shot, then nailing their mind with eye-shots till they incap would probably be the tactic i'd find most effective, but then again i havent used pistol since pre-buff...
any help or advice anyone could give would be most appreciated.

if you can get the jedi to stand and fight, the key is making him drain his force powers and well, not becomeing a corpse in the process. the more burns and bleeds you use, the more he will use force to remove them. so yeh i think you have the right idea. i am a former MBH master pistoleer. Very nice attacks, but really lacking on def. If I were going to re skill to BH again, I wold consider something like BH 3040, pistoleer 0444, fencer 0440. this set up gives you some great def against kd (+100) and def vs. dizzy (+80) as well as others. you will be speed capped, and a good accuracy too. the problems i see are, only 1 point left over, ad with the CURB on the horizon, the def mods wont stack after it goes live. with that in mind, with all the rumors about what will happen to BH...... I might would just play to have fun, and grind out your new template after the CURB.

yeah the CURB is part of the reason i want to switch to ranged since i think at this point we're all pretty sure that they HAVE to make ranged better. with the master pistoleer, 3/0/4/0, smuggler template there arnt any stacked defences either, so i dont really need to worry about that once the CURB comes around.

anyone have an advice on this? wheather to keep the FS defence trees or to go 0/0/4/0 smuggler instead?

drop the FS skills and get more offense. Low Blow, Panic Shot, and Last Ditch are awesome. Plus, you don't really have to worry about ranged/melee defense now, not with how often Nyax is spawning. I'm sure you could get some AA's that'd up your defense from him

i am a mbh mpistoleer and i put the other skill in medic i am a 0010 medic aka i can heal myself which is really handy when in the field...with 0010 medic i can use stim b's on myself or friends....i would rather buy them off a bazzar for like 500 a pack, then craft them myself!
