Pretty certain that _at the moment_ if you ditch Business 3 you keep the Vendor (but obviously lose the ability to place one should you lose or remove your current one)

However this is one of the things on the 'Merchant fix list' because it devalues the Merchant profession so you can expect that the devs are aware that it is considered a problem and therefore its likely that it will be fixed at some pont

Hi, i have just enough artisan to have 1 vendor(bussines 3). If i were to give up artisan completely would i still have my vendor in my house or would it go poof into nothing??

I hope they'll fix it! Would be much more fair for the Merchants!

i currently have businees 3 and looking to surrender something....if i drop my artisan/business 3, will i still have access to my currently placed vendor or will it go poof?

Im new to the whole using vendors and Im confused about something.

First off when i have the area map up showing buildings and some showing that there are vendors inside, what skill is it that makes them show up on the area map?

Is that what is meant by it showing up on the planetary map? Maybe its just that i call the one that shows all buildings around you thearea map and the main big one showing all cities the planetary map.

When you have the over head map up and you see people's vendors, they are using the skill Advertising 3 and "registering" thier vendor on the global map. It also allows people to search your vendor out on what you are calling the planetary map.

When you register on the global map your maintance increases on your vendor.

Think that is what you were asking.

Yes, that was exactly what I was asking. It confused me because I never realized you could look up vendors on the main planetary map.
