Thats the way i figured it worked. Im still sitting 2k away from buisness III so we havent tried it yet. Security isnt a huge issue. Just needed to know how it worked.

As you know the higher your business skill the more variety you have in vendors.

I have Business 3 so I get the bulky vendor terminal.

What happens if I get Business 4, place one of the other vendors, then drop Business 4? Will I get to keep the other vendor I place?

dunno the ansewer to this but it would be safe to say that yes you would lose it and all the goods on it.

Ok, say i wanna sell supplies, but i'm not an artisan or merchant. Can I sell stuff on someone elses vendor? and if so, does the money from my items go to me, or to them? Can somebody please answer this for me?

you can't sell merchandise on someone else's vendor directly.

You could sell it to them, and they could resell it to recoup the cost. Or you could hand it to them, and they could sell it, and then they give you the money. Or you could sell on the bazaar. Ithink those are your only choices.

you have to take artisan and get up to business 3 or you can offer items to an artisan's vendor that you know and trust... otherwise you're stuck on the bazar

Hi all,

I'm a novice merchant and have a few questions.

1. Is it possible to "lend" a vendor to another player ? (They have no skill points for a vendor ) (to use at their house)

2. How would this work ? (Money, maintenance , .......)

So is this even possible for me to do?

I was wondering if I got business 3 so I could have a vendor to sell my smuggler item, do I have to keep Business 3 to keep the vendor or does he poof after I surrender skill?

If it were possible, it would be a bug. When the bugis fixed, youmight lose the vender and everything on it.

Basically, anytime you are able to do something that you are not 'supposed' to be able to do (such as operating a vender without the skills to operate a vender) it is by definition an exploit. The devs have very little sympathy for exploiters, and the punishment may be severe.

Just something to keep in mind.
