it looks like its a problem with thier provider.

if you try to ping the addr, it resolves to 207.44.134.29. This addr is swgcraft.com's dns

Someone screwed up the tables on the dns on www.hosteurope.com. (their provider)

I am a professional web developer and SQL server admin. I have at my disposal a site with SQL, asp/etc. If you want, i can work on putting something together.

If someone is able to get a site like this running again (assuming swgcraft is down for god of course /sob) that would be really great. My ablility to run my business has dropped dramatically with the loss of this site. I just have to have the best ingredients for my souffle

I also enjoyed sharing the information of new and exciting resource finds wih fellow crafters. Please get this up and I will be happy to contribute information.

Has anyone heard from them or know why it is down? Swgcraft was the best MMORPG player site I have ever had the pleasure to use (been playing mmorpg's before Ultima Online). It made the game much more playable and enjoyable.

i sent an e-mail to the website author throkk. essentially i asked if he no longer wished to run the site anymore, if he would be willing to donate the php pages so we could get it up and running. I also informed him i would be willing to host the website for him should he still wish to keep the site going.

I implore and MYSQL and PHP gurus; if we cant get this back can we get a team together to try and match this site?

Please Trokk come back to us, such a wonderfull site would be such a massive loss, regardless of any attempts to duplicate it.

IF (and only if) it is definately offline... I own the domain swgminers.com. Bought it in anticipation of a Miners profession . I am a lousy web coder, but am willing to work with a group that wants to put it up. I have a couple of hosting companies in mind for it. Again, I only want to do this if swgcraft isn't coming back. They were a great site and I would rather donate to them than have to recreate their magic. If you are interested in this project, PM me or email me at [email protected]. Maybe we can get a project team together or something.

I think there are LOADS of us out there that need a resource-page.

Well, if that aint a totally outdated resource page then I don't know what is.
Searched for resources on Talus, Eclipse and came up with a few resources that had been availalbe for 32 days and more.

I'm a database programmer by trade and would gladly assist anyone who wants to start up a resource database website, provided swgcraft is gone forever. I hope it's not account issues or the site owner's finances; but if it is I'm sure we could each donate $5 and keep it going for another few months.

If money is the case,would anyone elsebe willing to donate a few dollars to the cause?

Or resources, such as space on a web host with a database?

I would gladly donate cash to keep it up and running.

I'd also donate webspace (have PHP, and such).

I live and die by this website. needless to say, right now i am dieing. I can clearly envision my business slowly slipping away into oblivion. I would certainly donate to keep this or something like it up and running.
