Thread: SWGCraft.com support group?
Any support groups available?
What to do if swgcraft doesn't come back? Hey, we are Artisan's, lets pool our resources (pun intended) and find a talented developer who can build us a site. We can offer donations through PayPal to offset their expenses. I'm serious about this, the value of a resource management site like swgcraft.com is huge.
I'm hopeful that swgcraft.com will come back online. When it does I will be looking for ways to offer my support to the person(s) who do the work behind the scenes.
Thoughts?
Let's find out the story here first. We don't want to jump to any conclusions about the site being down permanently. That said, I have the ability to write the software for a site like SWGCraft, though I don't have the server or bandwidth resources to host it.
Throkk has been doing a great job running this site. We need to get a response from him first to figure out what's going on.
i agree with you on that. my letter was an attempt to find out what his intentions are, thats all. I hate to see such great contributions to gaming to end up wasted.
This is terrible I thought it was just my computer.
It is weird how the day they capture Saddam the day swgcraft.com is down hhmmmm....
lol
Seems the network route to the host is bad. I did a traceroute fromservers in FL and CA and both give H! at different points. H! ishost unreachable so Everyones Internet may have a router or officer that is down ("Everyones Internet, Inc. EVRY-BLK-1" reports "The destination host is unreachable"). The reverse on the IP for swgcraft points to Everyones Internet as well. Give it a day or two and hopefully it will be corrected.
The router/officer being down is speculation but that isusually the problem we have when we get H! in traceroutes here.
Just my luck
