I got unprogramed chip and burned command on it so its says readychip shield front but it will not give me option on radial menu to download into datapad,amd my dpad only has 95% memory available.
What am I doing wrong can anyone help.I have an R-3 droid and I am a 3333 pilot.It says I can use droid at my level.

Please look at the FAQ for instructions on the current method to use commands. The guide TH linked was written during JtL beta.
Not just any droid will work, you need to make sure the droid is certified at your level. this information is listed in the droid deed.

Ok I have major problem with killing jedi..... I can't 
I have all the right gear and stuff.... and I can outlast a Jedi. But one thing I can't seem to do is acuallty damage the jedi causeI am always missing. Can anyone explain me to how I could increase my accuracy so I'll hit the jedi instead of missing 10 times in a row???

try downing some dyterium pyro - adds like 200 to accuracy. Try some bio clothes like a shirt or bandolier with accuracy if you can

How would I stop a jedi from running?Most of the time I can last much longer then the jedi.... but when a jedi's force gets low he just runs....

I agree with that. I am new. I have template or MR/CM4-0-0-0/MBH and i fought a Master defender this eveing.
I can drain his mind with states and snare a little and KD, however i cannot damage him. When he was low on mind he would just run away and come back in 5 minutes lol.
the fight lasted 40 minutes, seriously!!! we were well matched, but I could not put much damage on him. Nor he me. I kept the torso shot bleed on. could not really do much to him apart from keep kiting and keep alive lol.
So we eneded up calling it a draw

Another thing to consider is getting some accuracy AAs or CAs for whatever type of weapon you use. These along with Pyro will make a BIG difference.

i think BE clothes is still bugged so i think loot or buy som AA or CA's that gives you till example rifle accuracy and speed.

Hello there all, I've recently come back to SWG after a prolonged spate in WoW just to see what all the commotion is about especially with this CU.
I've been told that I'll be able to 'respec', (I imagine being able to change my character to whatever trees I want) when I login.
Now I was working up Smuggler, so I reckon I'll be doing that, but I need your help. I'm primarily combat based, and I want a combat profession to go with Smuggler. Which one would you fine fellas recommend?
Pre-CU, I would have gone Smuggler/Pistoleer, or Smuggler/Bounty Hunter, but what has the CU changed? Which would you recommend? Would Commando now be a viable companion profession, as I did love being a commando..

Commando sucks.
Pistoleer / Smuggler is a lil redundant, but BH / Smuggler is still viable, but I can't have a profession without atleast the healing tree in CM or Doc.

ell.. what would be your advice to a old school pre-CU player returning and respeccing?
Would pistoleer and smuggler be good? Or should I go for something else?
I didn't think Smuggler would be a viable combat option on its own, so I thought a double combat profession would be required. What would go best with it?

I don't have my profession calculator with me at the moment but I would do atleast 2000 combat medic and then the rest in BH.
Commando's specials were removed in the CU so you have to have other professions in order to use specials. MS and MComm is very lame for the fact that you have like 5 specials... n thats it. And only 1 does good damage...
Pistoleer mixed with smuggler is very very redundant and low on damage output.
MBH is a very fun profession specifically for the missions that you get and the loot rewards from the boss marks and such.
Personally I am backup and I am Smuggler / Combat Medic, both master. I am not a soloing profession.

I stayed with Smuggler/pistoleer through the CU... Learned to play with the new system and skills and abilities, I still like it. BH would be fun if only to have the ranged knockdown that Smugglers lost, but I like the system of pistol whipping people do the ground and then standing over them and filling them with holes.
I dunno, there are tons of discussions on templates already posted. Not much has changed really since the CU besides various things getting nerfed.
