I have a few questions,
1)What are the best kind of missles to take out shields/armor?
Unless you intend to PvP missles are a waste of mass and money. your weapons and a good aim do a way better job.
2)why when I try to load a program chip into r-3 its says no room even though no programs are loaded?
You do not have a droid equiped for space.
3Can a droid enginner make a spaceworthy r-3 so all I have to do is load him into x-wing(preloaded space commands)?
any DE can make you a space worthy droid. you will have to load the programs yourself.
4)what are the different countermesures used for what kind of missle, chaff, sensor decoy ect.
Sensory decoys will stop all missles reliably
any info you guys could give me would be appreciated

In addition to the other comments, there is a guide by TheRealTK421 that is really helpful.

QFE.
Each level Droid / flight Computer has only so much memory (room). In the question above if you were tyring to load WO4 into a lvl 1, you would not be able to, as, the Droid has a storage of 20, and WO4 has a volume of 25.
Also, Missiles come in very handy against Capital Ships, particularly the Vette.
Unfortunately, that guide is painfully out of date.
It has no listings for Weapon Capacitor Overload, Capacitor to Shield Shunt, and it details the old Loading process, not the current interface.
Sorry TH, bad link.
Send them to this one then, Bunny.

yup that's good for program details, and information on loading them is in the Pilot FAQ.
