I cant take it anymore, im tired of this game. Its all about money and playing a class that you dont want because its the only one that can do uber damage. I am tired of hunting a jedi who is in a group of 10 people protecting him, while he is buffed, has a shield and is in full composite armor. I will play again if the combat revamp makes it so the player who practices pvp is good not the person who picks a FOTM and can afford the best gear.

Most of what you say is false. For One, bounty hunters can be outdamaged by riflemen making the profession a COMPLETE waste of points rather than Just a slight waste. Investigation is the only thing unique and worthwhile about this profession yet unfortunately it is one of the most difficult and boring grinds in the game. Player Jedi who hunt with others will appear on terminals faster, and while are surrounded by flunkies, they are relatively weak themselves. If you have problems taking down a Jedi, you can play dirty too. Take along a group of friends for back-up and don't forget your buffs. Take into account these steps when fighting Jedi:
Most Jedi players will attempt or succeed in using thefollowing tricks:
1. Train in a remote location close to a large body of water, they see you approaching on the radar thus eliminating the element of surprise that bounty hunters often rely on (Hint Hint tanks). They then sit in the middle of the lake out of weapon range on a speeder bike. If you get close, they take off. The infamous player Patrick Arzo (whom now everyone and their parents hate is a well known practioner of this lame tactic). This is unavoidable if confronted and hopefully if our benevolent devs aren't too busy adding new conversation options to brick walls or giving droids yet more useless features, we might actually see a way round this at some point
2. Train with 6 uber buddies who snap you like a dry twig if you get close (only way to combat this is to do the same
3. They lack both of the above and will pull a 'last resort.' Jedi will often try to bluff their way out of being killed by threatening to report you for griefing or using the popular 'my friend is a csr/dev and will have you banned if you kill me' line. Ignore this like the plague and laugh it off stating that Jedi killing is a feature of the game and if cry babies can't handle it, they shouldn't be using their Jedi
Oh what I meant was if I wanted to do uber damage I would have to go rifleman, not that bh's do uber damage. Or like be a tk/doctor and having lots of money. I wanted to be a bh since the begining of the game, but I can have all the skill I want and still get owned buy a rich FOTM or some other uber template.

Thus is life in Galaxies. It's been this way since launch. Did you really think it would change?

Really when I wrote this I was pretty heated about the fact that this is the 4th jedi mission I have taken and he as a sh*t load of body guards protecting him. Anyone have any good tactics on how to kill the grouped jedi.

At least yours didn't have 3 At-St's along with those 10 people. I used to hunt solo, now I just plain don't bother with the jedi. I went with 8 people, all buffed, and had our asses handed back to us 2 minutes after we got off the shuttle. Let's face it, this game is gonna be totally about the jedi in a few months unless someone puts a stop to this. Make them rare again, the way it was supposed to be. We are soon gonna be overwhelmed by composite-clad sabre-weilding power gamers, waltzing around freely because its "their" game.
I'll just stop now before I say something stupid.

bring rifleman and CMs with you... did you think you could solo this group and that would be fair? Get a strategy.

When you read it, remember the basic rule. No Bounty Hunter can solo any other combat profession in the game. Unless they are in a group larger than 8 in size.
Then it gets geometrically easier as the group grows in size.
Read the post as to why. If you don't believe me, head out in a hunting group yourself, and pay attention to those issues I bring up.

I'm changing it now, I'm a master based template with 0-0-0-3 carbineer, novice medic. I dropped medic and carbineer, and am going Commando 0-0-4-0. You don't block flames

Nah you don't block flames. Conversely, if you get close enough for the specials to do you any good, you're hamburger. Commando is my second favorite profession to go against, next to BH
