If an Armorsmith does the quest and becomes RIS certified, can he/she make this armour over and over? Without having to get the schematice again that is.

Yes, the schems stick around. But the looted interwoven schem from the ackley does not, I think that is has 5 uses.

Is the stun layer 4% base ?
If so, you may have enough base % to substitute one of the 7% NS layer with a 4% base/11% kinetic layer of your own and hit both 80% base and 80% kinetic. The way it is now, there is a chance to end up short on kinetic.
Let us know how it works out.

Well, I completed 2 pieces tonight.
Thanks go to Skinny for walking me through the experimentation on the helmet.
The first was a helmet, which I don't have a screenie of. 80 kin, 4 stun, 78 base, 67/40/209, named "Mask of 1000 Faces"
The second can be seen here.
I used 1 7% base NS Layer, 1 4% base, 9/9/9 stun layer, and a 4% base, 11% kin layer. Also used 4% janta hide and a 6% base cube.

Ok, so once you've completed the quests, is there a limit to the number of suits you can make? Or can you make as many as you want?

The basic suit is learned just like comp etc. Just the special schems for segments are per use.
