Nothing mentioned on our 1 meaningful exp line. Which i may add is probably what has caused most of our strife after the small concession to OQ/SR.
We also got a concession with the lowering of resources needed for Cores and Armors. While we need more reductions we at least have their attention on that fact.
As for the 1exp line. Oa'kron has some great and viable ideas for that in the Issues thread that I fully agree with.

First off let me appologize for not saying this eariler.
I strongly believe that Oa'Kron was the best thing to happen to the AS community. His input and expertise will be greatly missed.
I have gotten a few PMs already from people asking (and a few demanding) that "No one should run for AS Corr".
Let me be blunt. Without an active and passionate Correspondent we as active armorsmiths ingame will get screwed. We need a voice. Is my voice the right one? Well time will tell but the fact is is that without a Voice we will get nothing. We need a calm open minded and person to finish what Oa'Kron started.
I refuse to get in flame wars and while it does suck big monkey butt that Oa'Kron "had to leave" it does not change that fact that he can no longer 'get our backs' we need someone who can ASAP. Again, in the end I am sure that there is someone out there that is better than me but believe me when I say I am passionate about SWG and I will bring out issues to the Devs.
I have to agree with you strongly with your post here. I too wish you the best of luck for your step up to take on the role, as I too applied since I have a master armorsmith on live as well. I read the boards more thatn I post I assure you and what happened was bad, but we must move on and get someone in place while CU is still in test OR we will NEVER be heard from on the Correspondent boards!!

To those wanting Oakron back, check with him first if he wants the position back.

Well, a little question: How will you continue the work that will ensure the survival of our profession?
As it seems SOE is more or less ignorant as Isuspect. Why didn't they involve our correspondant (in this case Okram2K, soon perhaps your case) before they released a testcenter version? It is stupid to get something out and get mass hysteria (getting GarVa and affiliated personworking their asses of in deleting threads etc).

thanks for the question:
Due to the massive work already put into this profession by Oa'Kron and his Alpha team and others most of the 'leg' work is done. My job as your new Corr would be to continue - no matter now much many thing it's worthless - to bring our issues to the front.
I invite everyone, from players to Devs to step back from all the rant and all the flames, trolls and even do gooders (like me
We are asking for pretty simple stuff:
Remove Armor Certs but keep encumb inplace
reduce the Organics
reduce factory times (this would probably effect all professions as times are complexity based)
Reduce or make Faction armor more accessible via costs
expand our exp abilities (this one could be larger and more complex)
other than that we are (for the most part) good to go.
These do not look like massive demands and they are not only for the benifit of Armorsmiths but ALL players as these changes will reduce armor costs and allow EVERYONE to enjoy the new Armor that the devs have designed and we the players have made.
I'll answer more questions if there are any on my lunch break.

My hope is that Moge gets the position.
Oa'kron was great for the profession and I really wish they would have left him in the Correspondent position, especially at a time like now with the CU just around the corner. But at this point I doubt SOE will allow him back and it could be he wouldnt even want to come back after all this. I believe that SOE will have to fill this position quickly and I thinka voice(even if it isnt fully listen to)is better than no voice at all.
I have known Moge well before SWG went live and have admired what he has done in and out of the game, and I beleive he has what it takes to fill the position. Not only that but he has shown in this thread alone he has a cool and level head, even while being flamed.
Good luck Moge.
PS: To all the flamers (and I might be flamed for this as well, but oh well), grow up, we need a correspondent! We need one NOW! Not later after the CU goes live. We NEED a voice. All these flame posts and responces definately does not make Tiggs, TH or any of the Devs want to read any of them, so how does that help us?

I would rather see an AS take the job not a Jedi with an AS alt.

My Main is my Armorsmith. I play her far more than any of my other 2 toons. Yes I have a Jedi. I unlocked Pre-P9 in all that time from P9 to now my Jedi is still a rather n00b level and well away from "Temp Complete". It is a decent concern seeing that I have a Jedi and that I may play it more than anything else but in my case that is not true.
I probably grind my Jedi -maybe- 3 to 4 buff sessions a month. I enjoy my Jedi just as I enjoy my other Alt Moge (who was my main when he was a Master Architect). Moge is currently my Kill-M-All alt Rifleman and Resource gatherer.

No mention of damage based on level scaling resulting in our armor being useless and not worth the time, money, and effort required to craft it. Simply because a combat prof will see it as equally large waste to buy it.
