This is a tricky one and is an issue that is much larger than just the armorsmithing profession. technically, our armor will work and be useful to everyone. Granted only if we fight within the confinds of our Level and/or group level. Armor specifically is not 'rendered useless' rather ALL Mods, weapons, skills and defenses are by-passed do to the large ammount of damage that a MOB this is several levels higher than us currently inflicts.

With this in mind this issue, while it effects armor, is not an armorsmith-centic issue. All corrospondents should be in on this single topic as it is one that is causing a great deal of issues with current testers. the Level system is something new to us all and it is the very backbone of the balance for the current CU. It is a serious issue and I am sure that it is being brought up in the Corr Boards, if it is not - and I am chosen - then I will bring it up.

Laddie, honestly, even if you were picked, and nothing against ya. Doubt we could trust you. Only bit O'l faith we'd have would be to ban the rude posters. But to actualy get stuff acomplished, Doubt it.

Tiggs has proven we are not allowed a voice. Tiggs has and the higher ups have out shown in thier actions We can't improve things. But with what we have done in the last months I have have done ALOT to try and improve thigns, not only for us, but other profs as well.

Honestly and man I know I am not the only one here but I honestly think there is still time. We have 3 weeks! three weeks of testing really is a long time.

I said this in another post but I will say it here, again. We are not asking for a massive over-haul. We are asking for Tweaks to a system (barring exp lines) that we all like.

We like the new armor. We have been asking for new armor for AGES. Now we have it. Now we just need to make a few tweaks to geterdone. Lower Faction Costs, Lower Organics, replace (at least) a few new named resources with old ones, make generic armor have no certs.

these are Tweaks. We can get these in. I am confident in that.

We have larger issues like Exp Lines and factory times (which if tweaked would effect all crafters so may not be possible) and such but personally I would be much much happier to get -at least - the tweaks in.

People ask "Why Run". I say, I've played this game for 2 years, if it takes 3 more weeks of trying to get what we all want then I am willing to up in the time and effort to make that happen. Good and solid testing is being done on TC right now. Lets keep that up.

On a side note i'm a former AS. I agree w/several points points made in this tread....

1) You've been ignored and mistreated. (I believe it'd begood for SOE to reinstate Oa'kron, but i don't see it happening)

2) You will need a correspondant. Maybe you aren't listened to now, but at some point the AS community might be. It'd be better to have a person ready when when that day comes.

3) If you have a say in such a decision, i recommend you choose someone that yall trust not someone chosen by SOE at the drop of a hat. Look at who's up for the position and decide who you think is best, and support them or you may lose your chance to have that voice that would speak in your favor.

I'm not a member of this community, just a concerned 'former' citizen, best of luck to yall in this trying time.
