damn old wookie armor discussion.
what is this thread about? wasnt it supposed to be about the new wookie armor types?
so are there any news about resources needed? or resistance it is going to have?

Does anyone know the new schematic for the upcoming wookie armor?
I can make 50% kinteic with regular segs, soon as some good yavin leathery shifts I will be able to make some adv segs and hopefully push 60% plus. Only time will tell.

one armorsmith I talked to in game said he doesn't like having to fool around with tailors to make Wookiee armor.. that's why he avoids creating it.

Makes me wonder why they even give TC its own corr. I mean come on... really no other server has one! Just makes people's heads swell...
I already miss vandrosa in the TC forum...

TC should be about to testing and helping get new things into the game without bugs.

Thirdly is the named resources requirements. The vast majority of the resources needed are named resources. Not much of an issue if Ubese and Composite ( which these two suits are suppose to represent for the Wookiee ) also require these. But if not they need to be toned down. Named resources will severly limit the stats on the suits since you have a much smaller pool to choose from and have to settle on lower resource stats generally. It also increases the price.
If this armor goes live with the current requirements expect the following. Either the prices will be extremely high. Or you will be required to provied all the resources yourself. In which case be very afraid of a crit failure at any of the steps required to make the armor or in experimentation. But in either case you will not see factory runs of this armor.
I'm hoping the developers actually take FEEDBACK and make changes to the requirements before they push these new armors to live.
Also, armorsmiths have limited space... they're probably not going to tie up a lot of their inventory space and time for 9% of the species population.
Developers: Please consider all of these things and make changes before it goes live.

i've been saving horns from endor.. but now they are of no use!!
this is horrible.. why not any horn!!! WTH!!
horns are hard enough to get anyway.. why a specific one!
