Thread: Respec?
"at your leisure" , friend, sorry but this can b easily misunderstood.
i personally respec once each 12 hours and then used the /respec command to just play with my skills while i was, hmm, dunno, waiting for a shuttle. then i would just shut the window.
either way it doesnt say : *beware* if u choose to type /respec when u log u will never get a warning message.
so if many ppl made the same mistake because of an insidious comment like that, the lleast they could do as COSTUMER SERVICE representatives is to give us a last respec and refund for any lost skills.

Sorry for knocking on your spelling then.
I just really can't agree with you on this subject though. You were given plenty of time, plenty of warnings as to when it would end, and believe it or not, the box would have shown up telling you it was your final respec had you waited for it.

For what its worth, I didnt get the final warning...that said, I used common sense to work out when it was likely to end and made sure in advance that I was happy with the template I had. Anyone's inability to work out the number of days from when you first logged in, or what time of the day you last respecced, has no one to blame but themselves.
SOE gave you fair warning what would happen, you even had it extended by a week. I have no sympathy for you

What gets me is that they didn't even mention addingthe end of respec warning until after they had already extended respec!
Imagine how many people would be complaining had there not been a respec warning at all.

I am a jedi knight. I have been for some time... i had my template pre determined it was all set i was 0404 saber master defender healer 4000 enhancer 3204 then the fix to sabers came. the one that added in action cost... with that happeneing all the old 96 efficency sabers transformed into 100 efficency... i had to make a new saber!
but, alas... not enough lightsaber experament for another 96 efficency.. so i respecd to master saber master def healer 2000 enahncer 0003 and made a new 96 efficency saber. i did it! yay another 96 efficency saber way to go me.... i had 1 more day of respec to go so i could go back to my wonderful template from before right?
WRONG.... pub 17 hits and it takes them about 28 hours to hash it all out... I think sweet surely i still have my last respec... i log in and guess what......... poof no respec...
Needless to say I am very pissed off...
Why should i be made to suffer from their mistake and neglagence?
