I dont think so, no major changes really to jedi. This isnt the CU, just an expansion.

Why not allow one more respec, the damage has already been done. Let's just perpetuate the cycle!

The last respec was because of the Combat Upgrade and NOT because of the expansion. The combat upgrade changed the game from a skill based game to a level based game. The combat upgrade also altered the role of every combat profession. This is why we had a respec period.
There is no need for another respec. With the amount of experience we can grind out in a group now, changing your profession takes far less time than in the past.

The expansion does not introduce anything that would warrant a respec.

i know everyone will flame me, but i HOPE to the lord above that they give us a respec if all this perma-snare stuff goes live
i have a dark jedi escape type temp, force run 1 and cloak keep me alive....i have very little defense, this will ruin my whole temp
force run 1 is my friend, without i have no chance against BH...without ill just go MLS/Mdef again if i get a respec, if not im not regrinding my temp for a 3rd time because they keep changing the d@mn skills
i was already really frustrated with this game, this would definatly be the last straw for me

Don't make me laugh. The devs made it very clear they would not be giving any more respecs out. Although it would be very nice if they gave us one it will never happen. They're doing all this on purpose and it's obvious they don't care about the player base; only about getting as much money out of it before it fizzles out and dies.

The only time respec would be given again would be for when FRS is enabled, but i wouldnt count on getting a respec EVER again.
