Yeah need one for the quest. Not sure on other servers, but on Bloodfin they are fairly easy to find for sale. Hell I have 4 just sitting in my house doing nothing. If you just need the one for the quest, bite the bullet and buy one. Should be 200k or less.

Pfft...thanks for the advise, but the only thing that even makes RIS worthwhile is the quest involved to get it. So I'll play along and kill the stuff.

I wasn't even going to do it, but my friend sucked me in when he gave me the scale.

Got a woolamander bone now too. I'll be after Gurk hides and another bone for a while it looks like.

Actually the quest isn't worthwhile at all if you don't intend to make any RIS after that. You have to turn in all the parts from the quest and you don't get a badge. Only get rewarded with the schematics for all the pieces.

As far as crit fails, I never got any assembly fails, but a few experimentation ones. Since then I've used assembly and experimentation food on all RIS and high end comp pieces with not one fail on assembly or experimentation. Food is great stuff, I highly recommend it!

and I laugh at those dying for mandaloran armor. you think anyone would be able to make a full suit before SOE shuts down the game? we can't even make RIS and there was only "one" suit of mandaloran in this jedi saturated time period. heh

i heard ris was hard to make but only when i finally mastered armorsmith did i find out it would cost me close to *20MILLION CREDITS* just to makethe componets and layers (500k each looted componet 2 componets for each ris componet= 2 mill each piece!) that or months of sitting in the same place waiting for a creature to spawn. this is no fun at all! some people have unlocked thier FS slot with less effort! This armor is not worth the time or money it would take to craft!

No way. Keep it rare.

Fix it, so it works, but keep it as rare as it is right now.

Well I dont mind the creatures being rare. But I would at least like to see results from killing them. Its just so depressing to kill a rare spawn an not get anything.

An yeah I like the fact its rare. But if its going to be that rare it needs to be really good. Not Composite with a different skin....100% to Kinetic an 70%-90% to everything else sounds good.
