Ok i have a question
when looking at a piece of armor it says -19.7% hinderance now does that mean it's 19.7 percent hinderance or 80.3 hinderance. the negative sign is confusing me lol

It means your movment/rof/accuracy is lowered by 19.7%. So if you normaly fire once evere 4 sec you will now fire once ever 4.788 sec.

I saw a link to another site a while ago and cannot locate it anymore. It was a site that had pictures of all the armor listed by the new categories and included the new factional armor. Could a link to the pictures of armor be included in this thread?
thanks

Well it's been over a month since CU went live and prices for armor on Intrepid have skyrocketed. This is mainly due to the thinning of the armorsmith population, only 5 or 6 peeps as best I can tell. Lowest price any of these guys sell base sets for is 1.2 million and they aren't any better then the comp armor I converted. The better suits go for over 2 million and the faction suits range from 1.4 million for lowgrade armor to 2.5 million for decent armor. Combine these cost and the shrinking of the sever population, I'm finding it hard to see how this game is going to survive in it's current form. I will just continue to play the space area until they do an economy balance. As with all things, making a change in one area always has some unintended issues. I can't believe SOE intended for all the AS to up and leave and for new players to not be able to afford armor.

Talking about ripping your customers off... I use the same amount of resources for an unlayered suit now that I did for triple layered comp pre-CU so they are priced the same as they were before. 300k.
I can understand the faction armor to some degree, if the situation is the same as other servers (High rebel control, making it hard to get Imperial armor).

yes, you can customize the colors to a point - keep in mind that leather is leather... and usually brown - some parts of the suit can be colourized. if i ever get an FTP connection at work - ill post a screenie of a nice suit I made. White bottoms - and black tops - Kashyyykian Hunting Armor

Thanks for the info. I posted on the trade forums. Hopefully I can find someone who does custom orders. One question, is it possible to make any blues?

The only armor types I can think of that you can't make inblue are Chitin, Bone, and the various factional armor.
