Congratulations! That's my goal as an Armorsmith,a full suit of 100% Composite.

For the people complaining about being 'invincible', it's only right. I mean, the luck of getting those Segments, combined with the high quality materials, good experimentation, and the slice, adds up.

Don't you think it odd that the Devs are worried about players with CL15 pets being able to "do more than two players can do together"... and yet allow the ability to make armor that allows a player to solo any MOB (and most any player) in the game?

I don't care if it is rare, it is unbalancing.

As to its PvP weakness... Wear a shield.

Add to that the fact that stun weapons do low damage. And the suit won't get damaged.

Though there is another weakness, DOTs. But why use this armor in PvP? Much better used to solo good LOOT dropping MOBs to make money. You think AT-ST camping is bad? You will have 1 guy able to do much more...

Well, Creature Handlers are a lot more common then Krayt Segments of that calibur are they not? I don't really see a motive for your "even if it's rare, it's unbalancing" manner of thinking. It's not like he has a full suit, it's just the gloves. And to be honest, how many times do the gloves get hit? The time and dedication it would take to complete a full suit is just the right amount of time for a seemingly invincible armor. Of course it's unbalancing, Jedi are unbalancing. And the way things are going now, we will have a Jedi before a full suit of this armor.

I was wondering if composite could hit 100%. I made 2 composite helmets with 45% krayt segments. After slice one was 97% (my friends) and the other hit 99% (my personal)

Hmmm.....the armor does not protect from burns, bleeds and poisons and not to mention stun. So tactically if a player wearing 100% composite does do PVP one should use a sliced for speed tangle with speed powerups and eyeshot or torso shot and health bleeds. A creature handler could just use quenckers to poison the player and so could a combat medic along with disease. So the player is not uber. Would like to take on someone wearing that though.

I'd have expected the h/a/m to be higher on those.

As the person who sliced these gloves, I can vouch for Ilok that the screenshot is in no way doctored. If I recall correctly, the base effectiveness of the gloves was 77% and a 32% effectiveness slice put them to 100%. The low encumberance is surely a result of the Krayt tissues used in the creation of the armor. Ilok is known as one of the best armorsmiths on Valcyn and has no reason to pull a stunt like this.

My Jawa rifle is 100-380/5.7 and my PvP friend is a combat medic. This doesn't bother me too much

People who are saying its unbalanced need to calm down, its not like this is going to soon be everyones armor, these were extremely rare segs, and extremely expensive, it was an amazingly lucky slice.

To see one suit of this on a server will be extremely rare, to see one suit on one person, near impossible, because no one is gonna sell their 100% composite. Not one person. I never would sell these gloves. Not for 60 holocrons, or straight up someone giving me an FSCS. I have already been offered real $$$ for these, and have turned it down.

Stop screaming nerf where it isn't needed, just because the gloves aren't yours.

This is a good bit of new to hear for someone who has been seriously reconsidering their decision to become an armorsmith.

Thanks for the good news, and congratulations!

no need to nerf armor- even a 100% suit is no match to a bleed and a posion on same pool. all the cm has to do is bleled and posion and run away and wait for the person to incap and come db him. With decay that suit will go down to nothing and break. We all know how much bastards we can be, everyone will know who is wearing a 100% suit and will make sure they kill him every chance they get and in fact go out of thier way to kill them

And after the 1st repair the armor will lose 1% effectiveness and become a 99% suit. Better pay up on your insurance!
