Thread: 100% Composite?
He took a hit from a nightsister rancor tamer after these were sliced that happened to hit the hands. 2400 out of 2400 dmg prevented and a nice big -0 floating above his head.
And naturally, they aren't for sale.

So its true... This is unbalanced though. No matter how rare, we shouldn't get armor that makes us invicible.
Someone could still get a stun dmg gun and cut through it like butter...
They're strong, but they're not invincible. If it had 100% stun (or even any stun protection at all) I would agree, they are too powerful. As it stands, there is still an achilles heel, so I'm just happy their mine =).
Not invincible.. Only one downside.. a minor one..
can you imagine how fast that armor deteriorates? To use it for anything less than PvP would be a bad idea.. since even master repairs could break it on ya.. of..
I would say congrats.. but the "owned" comment by a guildmate of yours immediately after your post.... made me think that honest grats' wouldn't be appreciated anyway..
Congratulations! That's my goal as an Armorsmith,a full suit of 100% Composite.
For the people complaining about being 'invincible', it's only right. I mean, the luck of getting those Segments, combined with the high quality materials, good experimentation, and the slice, adds up.
hey always apprciated,
arox was just excited =p, heh, the beauty of this armor is it doesn't deteriorate, because it always stops all dmg it absorbs.

Then you'll hate the next patch with the 1% item decay when you die.
Nice =)
Yes there is a weakness to stun but lets face it I have yet to see a npc doing stun damage...
All in all I agree with the posters that say it is too powerfull though.
I would feel better wiht a cap after slicing of 90%...
Because my fear is that if the cap stays at 100% they will never fix the armor hole and that bugs affects all of us wearing armor....
**edit** no edit...
Why I think it needs a cap lower than 100% is because the day a player gets a full 100% set and goes to solo an enemy HQ with 100 players defending it and they just can't do a thing against the attaquer there will be a big uproar on the boards ![]()
That or the master dancer wearing a 100% composite armor set that goes and solo a master jedi ![]()
