The starting base will depend a good deal on the resources used, it can be that high, but it depends on the quality of the resources. Crafted layers max out at 15%, and 14% needs very good resources, so your calculations would loose a few points there (kinetic I make with rather good resources are 13%/3%). I recently purchased a group of 7 4% yellow cubes, so I know its possible to find large groups of them. Will be using those in my eventual factorying of the interwoven segment, don't feel like wasting more WBF's and GKH's then i need to.

The Devs have claimed to have fixed the issue with Health encumberance not working on NS shards.

My question is what do you charge for something like this?
It's almost priceless. The time and effort to get and craft the items and then with all the Rare looted items how do you put a price on something with the price for the parts costing more then a full suit of Composit.

Full suits of RIS are going for about 60 mil. Pieces go for 4-5 mil each.

A full suit on my server would go for about 100-150 million a suit with good layering and quality components.

Sorry, I could have been a bit more specific. I have heard some ASs claim that they are currently working properly. However, I have not yet seen it firsthand. Good point about what the Devs claim. Didn't really consider that when I wrote what I did

If no one knows for sure here I'll track down some shards and get my AS buddy to try it out.

I have readed this post and I did find ti very intresting and want to share my findings on my experiment on it
I made a Interwoven RIS segment with the follwing materials andresults
Omirotite Titanium Aliiminium DR=156 MA-398 OQ=944 SR=419 UT=422
Ouwugaw Chanlon Intrusive Ore DR=389 MA=141 OQ=892 SR=588 UT=526
Pelorc Yavin Animal Bones DR=858 MA=360 OQ=919 SR=637 UT=93
(prety lucky on the resourses not to bad stuff jut did buy the alu and ore this night from a AS that quited the RIS quest)
What I uses for comonents
1 Kinetic Layer: +12% Kinetic, +2,74% base (HAM 15/15/15)
1 Kinetic Layer: +12% Kinetic, +2,74% base (HAM 15/15/15)
1 Nightsister Layer: +8% base
1 Yellow Geo Cube: +3% base
1 Janta Hide: 4% base
Results of the Segment (9 points in base effect and 1 in Special protection)
= +37% Kinetic and +40% Base end product (HAM 44/37/38) with a Intergriy of 852
Know Im wonderin I pot in my 2 Kinetic layers 8 points on the kinetic effect and 2 points on the base and got very High ham layers normaly I got 3/3/3 HAM but +5% kinetic what goed to 80% in the end product with 3 layers so here can a layer of +7% and +8% do the job? me dont know have to experiment more on it or find a good post of some one who already did it, this was some to work on this night

please als not that I dont have +12 experiment only +10 but still in testen fase so time to find me some and got time to collect de GDK scales and make may armor or find a AS to make it

Again, this depends on your server. We've got a GDK scale selling for 7 million on Shadowfire galaxy trade right now. Woolamander harrower bone frags and gurk king hides sell for around 350K each. The interwoven RIS schematic has sold for 2 million every time it's been up for sale.
I doubt you'd find anyone on Shadowfire who'd let go of a single piece for less than 10 million.
