I give up...im not even gonna bother with this website anymore...I was trying to see if there was something i should have done different or some reason there seems to be an over abundence of CH that like to create havoc for others...

No I dont know your whole profession but i do play with 3 CH regularly and i see what they have to do and none of them HAS to have there pet out at the mission terminal none of the HAS to tromp their dinosaurs thru the cantina shaking everything in sight none of them HAS to spam Follow me 100 times at the mission terminal... they do it in a camp outside of town while the rest of us heal the pet up then we get more missions. When they are solo they still do it in camp out of respect for other players....

I tried to take a starport shuttle the other day and no lie there were 5 huge pets out covering up the ticket taker and 2 people were running dinos around to shake the whole area up then resorted to insults when people politely asked them to put them away.

I respect the fact that you might go to a harsh planet to get your animal instead of just buying it and i respect taht you have to do certain commands endlessly to get the pet to work right...but there seems to be 100 jerk CH for every 1 that has the respect to know when enough is enough. Last post from me.

ive got the marksman pistol specialist skill. ive got all the intermediate rifleman skills and a couple adv. in order to kill in PvP i have to resort to my scoutblaster, or fwg5.

does anyone else have trouble killing players before they run out of mind? or am i missing something, aside from spice?

I have the exact same problem. I got my pistol skill to the second tier of marksman and bought a scout blaster. I then realized that 2 skill boxes in marksman pistol is worth more than 8 in rifleman. If i fight anything more than one mob at a time i almost always have to switch to pistol or die. even more so with the new patch. cant hit anything with my rifle and then it charges me and I have to switch to pistol. hmm...why are pistoleers skyrocketing? i soloed 3 mobs that were conred with my pistol. but couldnt take 1 on with my rifle which they conned white too.

Ham costs on rifleman are our main handicap... You think that its bad on marksman tree try using head shot 3's with a T 21...

Yah thats whats great bout a pistol. i shoot over and over and over. then i use my stim D and completely insta heal my action and health. with my rifle the heal would take much longer and wouldnt do anything bout all the mind i just drained. And pistol xp is so much easier than rifle. capped out my pistol xp in a few hours after hitting speicalist. Im thinking bout taking novice pistoleer just cuz I can.

That's a nice route if you already have plenty of cash but the best way to make money and get some good xp (if you have a lot of hides laying around) is to go casual 3 and make cloaks and sell them and they are also good grindables.

A full set of Compostite Armor has 9 pieces?
Helmet
Legs
Chest
Left Bicep
Right Bicep
Left Bracer
Right Bracer
Gloves
Boots

***edit*** that's a lot. Is this the most common suit? Or do people like to say not have boots or something? What about mixing say pieces of Ubese and Compo armor?

Trandosians don't need boots or gloves.

Wookies don't need any.

very insightful, thank you.

Anyone else have any experience in mixing/matching different types of armor, or have a feel for what common suits would consist of, (all 9 pieces of comp?).

My alt is a Rodain carbineer, who wears mostly ubese, but wears Krayt-enhanced Mabari legs and helm to reduce encumbrance...

I have seen several people only wear the helmet, chest, legs and boots (composite)
