Pawlin here is 1.
Question - When making Sub conponents for Harvestors, like Structural moduals, even though is says UT 100% and has NO Experimentation line, does it make a differance in how the final product (a Mineral Harvestor) turns out...BER wise?
Answer - Only subconponents like Ore Mining Units are used to affect the final BER rating, so they should stick to the base lines of UT 50% HR 25% SR 25%
please check on this, im not sure if its right

It is either a bug, or you were mistaken, it is most certainly not a knownfeature (although it would be a most pleasant surprise if it were)
