In the few months I have been a Master, I have had an average of 2-3 inquires about PA Halls per week. I have made 2. One for a customer, and one for my PA.

I have sold about 5 large houses in that time as well. I could have had more sales very early, had I elected to take housing earlier in my training. In the last month, I have sold one large house.

I am not a Master. Until two days ago I had not sold a house of any size. Then someone bought 2 generics from me. Not being a Master I cant make larges nor PAHalls.

However, it is rare to run around Corellia and not find a "settlement" that doesnt have a PA Hall or two already.

This is on Flurry.

My main business is heavies, and some factories.

I dont advertise either. Nor do I sit at a starport hoping for business.

I have a job in RL, I dont need a make believe one . Plus I moonlight as a Rifleman . If I can sell one heavy mineral every other day, I am quite happy .

1) PA Halls and Large houses: have never had anyone ask me to make one for them. lets face it. why give up 7 lots for a large house that has 250 storage space, when you can give up 4 lots for 2 mediums and have 300 storage space. As for PA halls, i think most of the PA 's that had plans of being born on Chilastra are allready there. so PA sales should be pretty much non existent now.

2) Medium Houses: had maybe 3 people ask me about making them one till i told them how much i was going to charge them for the house. then they said they could get it cheaper elsewhere. guess they didn't want to pay me 3cr per resource for the house, instead they'd rather pay 50cr per for the resource for a gun thats going to decay LOL.

3) Heavy Harvs: i fail way too much on these to make it viable for me to make money off them. so i only make these for my own use when i have extra resources to burn.

4) Medium harvs: i think i can say i've sold well over 100 medium harvestors of varius types over the last 2 and ahalf months.

5) Small Houses: sold 2, gave a few away to guild members.

i have started building agian this past month....

small homes are ok on a vendor....i can easily get 11k....otherwise they really arent worth it as there is some noob selling them for 7K and shouting about it every 20 secs at the starport...

the bottom has completley fallen out of the harvetsor market....IMO....there whre few sales to begin with and now with the changes unless your harvestor gets a really high extraction rate no one is interestedi think people are waiting for the next patch to see what happens....had a guy BEGGING me to buy 10 from him at 8000 a piece...sad

factories are occassional but i have been savingup turbines so i dont bother...

ironically, my best item now is the LARGE house.....i can sellatleast one a day if i hang in a town...depending on the customer i get between 110-140K

i havet gotten a couple of requests for fusions but since i sell power i am loathe to build those

i have really found that the best method is not to do anything,.....i go to a major town and do my other business and just watch the chat...Someone will scream what they need....they usually will not haggle on the price and chances are they have been looking for a while...

it just seems if i go shouting LARGE HOME FOR SALE i will get a couple of tells but they always want to buy it for 80K or say they know someone else selling them for 50....

the other thing is word of mouth.....if someone buys from you and it was apleasant experience , chances are you will get another sale from their friend or guild mate...

thats my philosophy...i hate the shout selling archtiects who are nothing more than beggers willing to sell at any price to buy more resources to level

I had two PA hall sales in two days: good.

Large/medium houses: good.

Small houses: bleh. I reluctantly make them.

Harvesters: hate making them.

Furniture: good.

Other top seller is crates of torches.

Bad - Bad

It was good at the beginning (I was one of the first Master Architects on Gorath) but now it has dropped to the absolute minimum, like 1 PA Hall in 6 weeks and 1 large House in 4 weeks.

Had my First PA hall query yesturday coincidently, where he asked me price, i relpied 300k, he replied 'nm'

but apart from that no one has even asked about PA halls let alone bought one

Have sold 1 Large House this week (since i got Master Architect)

About 10 Medium Houses

About 10 Small Houses

Cant count the harvesters, but certainly more medium than large harvesters (many have asked me to send them an email when the experimentation patch goes live though, in regards to large harvesters)

I dont advertize at all, I just make sure every single customer gets a very high quality product at a price that is much lower than he expects to pay. They come back for more and they tell thier friends.

All of my advertizing is by word of mouth from my previous customers.
