I dunno. I haven't gotten the thkillth for large houtheth or PA hall. I do thome wicked interior decorating, though - thillybunth. Ever thinth I made Interior Decorator, my life hath been tho different.

I made 50K from decorating a PA thith weekend -was quite thcrumptiouth.

I don't make houses at all and will only make them if I really have to.........the only reason people are seeing a rise in sales is due to the fact player cities are coming.....once they are out and people realize the city has to be a certain size even before you are allowed shuttleports and the such I thinkyour sales are going to drop even more to open more lots.......

As for me I sell more furniture than anything and my base Heavy Mineral is extraction rated 8, and my Fusion generators extraction rate 14 without experimentation on the end manufactoring.......

So, I sell ALOT of furniture and a good amount of harvestors........but since I got my first Holocron I haveto now drop Architect and proceed to mastering BE.........................Yes I am pissed that we are forced to go through all these different professions to get the FS unlocked and once I get my large fleet of 8 each heavy harvestor for each typeI am dropping architect never to return again.......thanks for wasting two months of my time SWG.

For you up and coming architects I advice you goto SWGcraft and read the forums on architect there........you can download a pricesheet as I truly believe if the architects keep their prices around the same you all will be ok, but as you can see the SWG is dying and so is your craft........

This question is directly dependant on price. For instance , why would someone want a PA hall at 300K when they get get about the same thing with a large house for 100K. Now , we throw in another variable, what if someone is selling their PA halls for 100K? What would you take? -a large house or -PA hall, given that you don't use any of your lots? ie. Bounty Hunters, Teras Kasi Artists..

The point is that people who sell at dirt cheap prices are going to sell all of their high end equipment , therefore making their business good. However, PA halls and large house last forever (given you pay the maintanance) and eventually the market will become saturated; and then exponentially increase to supersaturated. Unless there is some form of decay, and not this ridiculous decay , most businesses will stay afloat until the demand has been met by the supply. Five redeeds would seem a bit more logical.

I sell PAs for 350k and Lg houses for 130k. I recently had a run of Tat PA halls (I think ppl figured that it takes 2 less lots), I sell about 4/week for the last month to month and 1/2.Lg houses have be 2-3 week, but have declined with the player cities coming out. Even my guildmates are all getting just mediums due to lot constrants, but then again, they get theirs free thats fine with me
