is there a link anywhere that shows floor plans for houses. im not an architect, and i would like to decide on a house.

An excellent site is www.swgarchitect.com. He has pictures as well as floorplans for most.

Unfortunately, I don't believe you can get your excess maintenance back. It's the same with harvesters, too. Once you redeed your structure, the excess (the amount above the minimum required to reclaim the deed) goes "poof". Many people have petitioned the Devs in regards to this, stating that that excess needs to be returned to your bank account. I, for one, would like to see that happen as much as the next person, but I'm not sure if the database that tracks our stuff could do something like that.

Last time i re-deeded a house it was before the patch that allowed harvesters to keep excess

They need ALL houses and the floorplans and make them all seperate, even if the generics are identical to Corellian houses, they still need seperate links. They need to finish up all the pics and layouts too and the ones that do have pics but no map of the internal layout.

I can't keep up withwhat is what when customers ask me the difference or want a particular type but don't know the style number (mostly all those small styles).

One little link you could add. You don't have a link to a picture and floorplan pic of the Small Corellian House Floorplan II, Style II. You could link it to the same pic as the Small Generic Planethouse Floorplan II, Style II as they are identical.

You could also crosslink the Small Corellian house floorplan 1, style 2 with the small generic planethouse floorplan 1, style 2.

Keep them seperate links, just link to the same pics.

Also, crosslink the Large Corellian house style 1 with the large generic house style 1.

Most generic houses are duplicates of the Corellian houses, unfortunately. I hate the Corellian houses. Naboo and Tatooine houses look so much better.

I always have this desire for cheese when I get to the end though whenever I enter some mediums and all large houses.

One last one, Medium Generic house style 2 is the same as a Medium Corellia House.

I just wanted to know if i redeed my house will all the crates and other items i have stored there stay in the house and be there when i put it back down or will it all go into my inventory, or will it disappear?

when you redeed your house everything that is in the house is erased.

I have a question, how long does it take for a house to "disapear"? I recently bought a house, and didn't log in for a few days, (6) and when I returned it was gone. Is this a bug or was I at fault. When I left all maintenance was paid up-to-date. It was a large Corellian, however I never even recieved an email about it being 50% below... If anyone has input it would be very helpful.

One of our PA members couldnt log on for an extended time... I believe it took his about 6 or 8 days to disapear (he probably had a few days maintenance in it). This is not a bug, maintenance must be paid or it will eventually go *poof*.

My friends solution was to give another PA member admin, so if it happened again, we could pay his maintenance for him.
