For houses they don't degrade, they just disapear when the maint runs out which is stupid.

Check your lot count (Ctrl-C, personal tab) and see if you've gotten the lots for the house back. If its gone you should have the lots. If they are still in use your house may still be there but not visible. Try staying in that area for a few minutes, or if possible, building a camp or other structure nearby. It may reappear.

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible yet to put houses of a certain planet type on a planet other than the one it was made for. I want to put a house on dantooine but i dont want to use a generic one if i dont have to. So, could I put a naboo or a tatooine house on dantooine? Or can I only put generic ones on dantooine?

thank you

Naboo houses created after the player city patch went live can be placed on Naboo, Dantooine and Rori.

Something that ticks me off. Ever tried to buy a house??? Sure you have. How did you know what that house looked like before you bought it. The design, sure most of them has Floorplan 2, etc. but how do you know what it is your buying. Sorry, everyone needs a place to lay your head (well not really). Just need a little help.

Nope, I dont think so. Medium houses has the same storage capability as small. Except the small style 2 naboo (round one) witch only has capacity of 75. Large ones though, I think has a capacity of 250.

From the FAQ:

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=architect&message.id=38760

Q-1.2: How much can you store in a house?

A-1.2: The rule is 75 per lot with a max of 250, which translates to:

Smalls or medium = 150, Large or Guild = 250. Naboo round small = 75.

Ok so I am looking at getting a house but not sure exactly what I need to do? Can anyone give a newbie a concise walkthrough of what is involved in buying and establishing a house. Thanks a bunch.

nothing really you buy a house and once you have the deed pick a spot to place it. then while using the deed you will get an over head cam of where to place it. you can only place it where the outline of the house is green (the box underneath the outline of the house) also in my settings right click mouse rotates the house.

if you are entering a player city you must have permission from the militia/mayor to place it.

after that you enter the structure go to the terminal and pay maintenance.
