What is a reasonable price for a house? Is it worth getting one if you're going to be travelling and on missions a lot or is it more for artisans and entertainers?

I just bought a large Naboo house yesterday and a was woundering if anyone know how to grant permission to other players to drop things in my house. Cause i am letting one of my friends stay in one of the rooms of the house till he gets his own place. But I don't know how to let him place things in the house so he could decorate his room. If anyone can help me I will really appreciate it thanks.

Can't be done at this time, even if you give him full admin rights. I'm hoping this is a bug that would eventually be fixed sometime in the year 2003.

What is the going rate for the different types of houses on each planet? Also, what are typical upkeep costs on them? If this is a frequent post here, I apologize...new here.
Thanks

It would be nice if architects could see what the house looked like before we build them.A pitcure of the floor plan would nice.

What happens when maintenance runs out on a house? Do you lose the house? What about the stuff that you put in the house, is that gone too?

If you don't pay your maintenance fees, your house begins to fall into disrepair. Once it's status reaches 0%, you're house and everything inside it disappears,it auto destroys itself.

How much is matainance and do you need to put power into them? Also if you decide to move your house do you have to take everything out or will it stay in the re-deeded house.

Small house needs 400 maint a day IIRC (med = 800, large = 1200) but they dont require any power
I have no idea if you keep the excess maint when you redeed a house
