wow interesting, now do these come from your marks at only high end or can a novice BH still score some pretty decent loot

I only pull in that many because for about 3-4 hours everyday I make a run through every cave POI I can picking up loot.
I have only picked up a single decent loot item from a mark, and that was a ranged defense ring. Everything else pretty much sucks (even the dot poison guns).

Ok heres a little fyi theres about 3 per planet like the narglach (sp?) cave on naboo or the jaunta cave on dantooine just start hitting up poi's especially the "cave" ones.

I picked up a +6 unarmed tape off a mark today. Investigation 2 mission. I guess that's rather rare

I have a -7 skill tape but i dont know weather or not to use it. i remember someone saying that once attached it changes from - to + but i dont know for sure. can anyone verify this for me?

Well you could get a shirt (one that can be worn under armor) and attach the tape to it, and then put it on and see how it affects your skill modifier. If it goes up, you know you can assume it's + and not -.

Whats the best place to find skill tape drops. I've only ever found one. Are they on specific people or what?

Rori - Borgle Bat Cave or Pygmy Torton Cave. No better bang for your buck...kill the mobs and stick around to loot the debris piles. Borgle Bat cave respawns every 30 minutes and pygmy cave is something like every hour...

Has anyone seen LLC enhancing skill tapes or armor attachments? Anyone want to buy a $$$K shirt I bought with a Heavy weapon Speed 8 attachment? LOL
