Coliseums would be awesome. I would like to see mall of some sort too, the mall would be cool for a player city cause it can either be city owned or merchant owned, but will still generate more profit because people spend more when they don't have to actually seek out and go to another building. My suggestion....

TALL BUILDINGS, it could even be the mall, but larger than 2 floors and with elevators or something like elevators in the PA halls would work. I truely miss the tall buildings aspect, I mean I spend time looking at them in coronet all the time yet we cannot enter any.

apartment buildings rentable by npcs or players....sorta would give purpose to having a skyscraper in city. could also use to bring in tax money from npcs, cause the way it stands now without having a huge pa, you won't have much money in the city treasury..

Apartments: allow some to rent a small room that can hold 50 items. This could be usd to declare as a residence, or as just a second place to stash some stuff while you are traveling away from your home city. These would not count as a lot, but who ever owns the building would have to have lots.

Stables; there will be mounts in the game soon. It would be nice if you could store your mount at a stable and have it heal there.

Auction house: Have a building with some tools to acution off items. An NPC could run the acution by broadcasting the last bid and tell how much time is remaining. These auctions would only last a few minutes each. Sellers would have to drop the item on a NPC that would then queue the item and set a minimum sale price.

Library: allow ctizens of a city to input waypoints into a data terminal. The Waypoints could be described by using drop down menus. that way the descriptions would not need to be monitored for crude material. The library could also have an event calandar. Citizens could post events such as a PVP raid, hunt, or party and where it is going to take place. Everytime a event or Waypoint is entered the library would charge the user a fee.

Communiciations building: having a communications center would add additional e-mail functions to citizens e-mail accounts (the current game e-mail system is no more advanced then what Prodigy was usig in 1992). It would allow for City Chat Channels. it would allow the mayor (or citzens with promission from the Mayor) to broadcast information to all citizens on line. Yes this could be used to greif, but then that mayor would get voted out of office.

resource Supply depot: A building that would work as a market where supplies could be dropped and picked up by all citizens. The cost of the resources could be contoled by the mayor. This market could be public or closed to citizens of the city.

Store/Mall: This was mentioned before but these buildings should have a way to display items that a crafter can make, and maybe even have a system for a coustomer to order items from a crafter. The customer could even pay for the items ahead of time, set a date to pick up the item, and the crafter would get paid upon finishing the requested task.

Transfer center: A building that allows items to be moved to other cities and other planets. If you want to send a deed for a PA hall to someone on in a different city you could drop the deed in this building and pay a price to have it sent to a transfer center in another city. Once the item arrives in the other city, the person waiting for it would reieve an e-mail that they can retreive the item. The transfer could be timed to take longer the farther away the cities are.

Training Center: This would be a place you could go to fine all kinds of different NPC trainer in one place. Each type of trainer could have their own room decorated to match their profession. To make these trainers more intresting, they could teach new skills that are not currently part of the skill tree. These new skills once trained would not be trainable to other players. This would draw people to the trainers for these specialized skills. This would allow the devs to add many different abilites to the game. Each player could be limited to 3 or 4 specializations. The payment for these skills could be split to the city and to the galaxy like shuttle fees will be.

Those are some ideas off the top of my head. I don't know why I bothered to write them here. There is too much info on these boards for the Devs to pick up one ideas we suggest.

Stable/Kennel - a single lot dwelling that consist of a single room with sectioned stalls and limited storage ( like 10- 20 items). when the architect make the building they choose from 1,2, 3 or 4 stalls in the structure. each stall can hold only certain level creatures i.e. a 4 stall building can hold 4 CL 10 creatures while a 1 stall building can hold 1 CL 40 creature. creatures placed in a stall grow faster, and heal quicker. items can be added to heal/grow your creature better, like a food dispenser or veterinary bot that heals the black rot. animals placed in a stall are removed from your datapad and no longer listen to verbal commands. to reclaim them you have to target the creature with the mouse and select 'store' and they will reappear on your datapad. there even could be a option on the structure management terminal that allow you to 'clean' the building to further increase your animals' stat regen.

the previous post about zoos is quite cool, but i would change 1 thing. a CH can only tame a baby animals but in theory a BE change create any animal living or extinct so make zoos placable by MBEs

I would love apartments, I don't get payed a lot as merchant for the guild, and my combat skills are nill. The only thing anyone really wants are powerups.

I like several of the ideas, especially the zoo and library. I would like to see Warehouses. So many players use houses like this already. But an unattractive building with plenty of storage would be nice.

I envision the "aparments" to be more like the ""high-rise structures", I would also like to see it as a Merchant only building, and tht the capicity would not be more than 5 "residents". The amount of items stored could be 75 items the cost of renting could be dictated by the owner and with a direct pay from the bank. Now I would think that maintance should be high and maybe around the 100 - 150 credits an hr or more because this building is designed from a business prospective.

I would also like to see hotels introduced to us so that Casinos and Ent complex could be born. I would like to see Sabacc card games too , allowing us to play against other PCs. I would also like a Holonet type Ent screens to show the masses about news events and maybe NPC sports events. I think it would be better to pull up and activate a small vid screen to watch the news and sports than just read about brief storylines in your email box.

A library might be fun in storing history information of past events in game and/or past events in the SW lineage. So that one could research a planet's histories or the history of a certain PC character so that maybe you can find that lost city or the treasure chest he left behind or a secret race that once lived there or maybe a better strucutre that was lost.

I still would like to see mulit-Schemetic Factory where you could mass-produce more than one object at a time. Using DE's for some of the components needed to build this structure.
