I've done that a couple times too. Thankfully, my house is nearby and I have enough health to make the run. Sorry, I dont have any really cool stories yet but the (OMG I finally read them all.....) are great! Maybe I should hang out in cantinas more often, but the NPCs that talk incessantly (read: Imp patrols) bother the hell outta me. They take up spatial space and distract from the entertainers

(Okay, I lied. Just couldn't think of any stories at the time...)
Reminds me of the time I've justgotten out of a vendorwith 6 crates of spice. I also had quite a few singles on me too as I could only make singles on my own. I'm on my bike (with sliced weapon and armor to deliver to a client) and I get stopped by a patrol on my way to theed to sell all the spice on another planet. At this point I had 5000k of rebel faction and 200 Imp because I had just completed warren and got my Imp faction in positive. Here I'm thinking, That's it. I'm dead. They'll declare me overt (As I'm also carrying 2 rebel banners and a piece of faction armor on me.)
Using my 200 Imp point I take the wild chance and /flail at the patrol who is trying to catch up with me who has dismounted several K away from my bike.
I get the meesage :You have successfully evaded the search"
I'm in my chair thinking 'no, way. How in the WORLD did that work?'
Get back on my bike and make it to the borders of theed when another search party SPAWNS right on my bike and dismounts me. At this point, I switch armors and weapons and ready myself for a fight I'm never going to win at my current C.lvl.
They let me go.

On one of them was just gunning them down and then out of the blue a bunch of stormiescome over the rise. I was covert rebel at the time and i was like HOLY CRUD
. Then out of the blue they start shooting the boar, i just like ok what ever, and start to back away. Then i pull out my vechile and i'm about to drive away when they start searching me. I had a sliced weapon IN My HAND, and they let me go

Here is one from best customer of all time, me, dont you wish you had more of me?
doing a switch from imp to rebel to get the arc. find a smuggler finally that can give me the faction points to help dig me out of the hole im in, well we do the switch up and get up to 1000 for rebel i wander over to the recruiter and get the rebel thing turned on.
well i ask for another 237 points to relevel my points out. planned on getting furniture after i get my ship since its so much cheaper being a rebel atm. well instead of 237 he give me like 2370 by accident. i can literally feel him saying oh sh1t oh no so on an so forth after a major fubar. i notice it as well and go um you just gave me an extra 2000 plus points you know. he was in a rush his wife was hounding him to get off the puter. well, he was gonna say damn and let it go and that i just got 180k worth of points for free.
so i type in the window /tip and send him the 180k i know how it feels to screw up to the 10's and felt bad and he was being very nice an helpful without the usual smart ass remarks i just popped him the 180k said dont sweat it, ill get it back later.
so much for cheap furniture. lol
actually it broke me at that time. took longer than i planned to dig that back up.
Sometimes it pays to be decent to your customers, even if it isnt going well for the customer at times.
The pills at the time were making me into a drooling idiot due to severe back pain, so wasnt at my wittiest.
Remember when you start to lose patients at times with those customers one may just save your rear from a major screw up.

Should have told him it was 100k per piece to slice it to make sure you got really good slices on it!
Then seen if he'd pay that much for the slicing.

No fair. The only alternative I have is the laptop I got for High school graduation.
That would make this poor thing 5 years old now. It also runs with a 128 gaphics card and 32M of memory. If I even TRY to insert an install disk, the poor thing wiggs out and restarts. I feel sorry for this computer, but I'm glad I didn't get rid of it. The withdrawl would be too much (No SWG and no internet?! *insert dramatic music here*NOOOOOO!!!)

No. Most of them are annoying Newbies. I was a newbie once, but I wasn't annoying. Subtle difference.

I had a total nOOb moment today, it was truely a disgrace. A guildy sent me a guy who wanted to buy enough Imp faction to join up and sinc he was newb I told him I'd do it at cost. Just as he logs off it dawns on me that what I charged him 'at cost' was just the 20k for his initial 250fp, and I totally forgot about the other 984 fp that I lost in the transfer. Sweet lord I was kicking my self hard after that one.

OK, this isn't really smuggler related except for the fact that, well, I'm a smuggler.
The other night I was out hunting with my smuggling buddies and we decided to call it a night. I headed to the starport and decided I wanted to take a trip to Kashyyk since I haven't yet been there. I spend about 5 minutes checking out some things in the settlement I set down in and head back to log. As I do I see a guy from my guild standing there. A lvl 80 BH. We start chatting when this kid in a green mohawk comes walking up and butts in... it's not long before we make mention of being rebels.
Mohawk: Are you guys rebels?
Us: Yeah.
Mohawk: Do you like Imperials?
**blink blink**
Me: You might want to ask the Corporal here.
Corp: Hate 'em.
Mohawk: All rebels should @#$%ing die!
Click on Mohawk. LvL 27 Nov BH.
Corp: Look, pal, you mess with us, you mess with the whole guild.
Me: And it's a big guild.
Me: AND my smuggling faction. (Which is very small and insiginificant but I wanted to get the plug in.)
Mohawk: (Imp Guild) is the biggest guild in the galaxy.
Me: OK
Mohawk: Why don't our two guilds join forces?
**blink blink**
Tell Corp: Is this guy serious?!
Tell to me: Yeah.
Corp: You try and start a war now you want us all to be friends?
Mohawk: Yeah. Why don't we all team up?
Me: Have you SEEN the movies?
Tell to me: I'm gonna duel him.
Tell corp: HAHA! That should be amusing.
Mohawk starts getting defensive again. He aims most of it at me since I'm a little lower level than him and "only a smuggler." I hit my macro, my smuggler clothes go away and the BH armor is on and I'm ready to throw down. He literally backs up. (Well, moves away anyway.)
Tell corp: You like my little switch up?
Tell to me: LOL! Yes! Very nice!
Corp: Duel me
Mohawk: No way! I'm not bumb! (Spelling mistake was his not mine.)
Tell corp: ROFL!
Tell to me: ???
Corp: Come on.
Tell to me: I'm going to db him.
Tell corp: Harsh.
Mohawk: Tries to get some distance between us and pulls out his Barc and hitails it out of there.
Me: That made the whole trip worth it!
Uncontrollable laughter on both our parts.

Nope, I'm on Eclipse... but good to know I'm not the only one tormented by mohawk'd morons.
On a separate note... What the hell happened to my formatting? YEESH!
