You could make a de-10 and make a master pistoleer with +74 pistol speed happy.
Also could make a few killer fast E11's Imagine that with a form fitted stock.. your looking at a speed under 1 before slice. I usually dont put nice speed into scatters its just a waste to me since most BH's have some pistoleer and are speed capped already.

For gods sakes before you make anything with it geta csr to confirm what is made with them. Otherwise what ever it is will be marked as an exploit weapon, and you can get in trouble for that. People who saymight lose the auction.
My advice scatter pistols all the way happy pistoleer or not. There are more BHs. BHs can pay you more, and its a measure everyone compares against.

Berserker Rifles wont work. Berserker Rifles dont take power handlers. To enhance berserkers you want gorax shards and spider fangs.

I disagree. It would onlydo +31 points to damage. Any good BH who uses scatter pistols is speed capped with some pistoleer. Making really fast scatter pistols is a waste even if it is 0.7 speed or whatever the tissue would make it.
Yes scatter is always is always a money maker with the BH's but it woudnt play to the strengths of the tissue.

Enhanced e11 Carbines use only 1 tissue per gun and has a dot.
