Well there are a number of things that you can do. I would suggest useing the csr forum, and ask the csr on duty how to best confirm your tissues and final product with the csrs there. These kind of tissues have gone into items just to have a CSR say its not possible obvious exploit especially if you get them sliced. They might say obvious multi slice and thus exploit. So make sure you get them confirmed. By someone that way if they are seized and destroyed by a CSR you do have grounds for recompense. The CSR cannot say well there is no way I can no for sure, and now you have verifiable backup on the matter. By saying really I showed the tissue and the finished product to another CSR to verify already, and here is the post thread on the CSR forum. That way you can atleast demand a fair price of compensation. Either by asking for your sell price or by way of price check on the trade forum.
The other ways are writeing a ticket for verification not the most perfect, but get the okay and write down the ticket number and delete. Others are less classy and usually require contacting a csr in game. By tells and so on. Best to use the forum first.
One I laugh at anybody who says most BHs are pistoleers. Seven months ago yes, when bh was point restricted. Now no I would have to say most BHs are built for killing jedi, and that is TKA. So I would have to say no most BHs are not speed capped. I would advise alot of carbines aswell. The problem is you do not really want to do this unless you have a form fitted stock. Which are pretty hard to come by. If you do not that reduces the speed bonus to 1 second. Something easily covered by a slice. Infact a bad speed slice on a carbine can totally cover up the tissue bonus. A slice cannot cover up a pistol bonus of this magnitude.

Thanks Didn't know there was a csr forum.. going to use that for now on. Tired of having the csr give me a "automated" response and then closing the ticket so that I can't comment on it, when i open a ticket in game.

With the max damage being so low & you dont want to be making a weapon you want to try and sell for max damage. So would suggest make some special edition grinding rifles like a dlt20 to help fledling rifle get to laser rifle quicker or maybe look at some carbines. I don't think I would put in to any pistols because most pistols as a rule are pretty fast to begin with. Except maybe the SR combat pistol or go for a speed DE 10.Even though I doubt a master pistoleer would take a second look at even if the speed was like 2.5 or faster.

Don't use them in a Pistol......They are just too fast for that.
I would go a Couple of Ell's Carbines or Rifles. You can get 3 of either, so that gives you 3 slice chances.

Actually, I would be tempted to hang on to them and wait for the CU.
We may get several new guns they would be betterused in or with the changes it makes unused guns more important. Save them to see how things change and where they will be best used.

From my experiences I had some that were like -1.32 or something close to that.
I think that the blaster handlers cap out at -1.72 speed not 100% on this though ah when I used them I exped on like 4 points and it hit that then the other points didn't change the speed but they did change the damage.

Are your power handlers usually -0.4 anyways(mine are -0.41).. so the -1.32 speed would make it -1.72, maybe you just got to the speed early /shrug.

For gods sakes before you make anything with it geta csr to confirm what is made with them. Otherwise what ever it is will be marked as an exploit weapon, and you can get in trouble for that. People who saymight lose the auction.
My advice scatter pistols all the way happy pistoleer or not. There are more BHs. BHs can pay you more, and its a measure everyone compares against.
This would not be considered a exploited weapon because speed doesn't drop below 1.0 anymore since oh last Febuary or so.

There is no "right answer" but I do think this might be what I'll do
