Well, if I lost all my resources with no hope of ever getting them back, I'd quit the game. But that's just me. I've got resources that go back 6-7 months, no way in hell I'd do that all over again.

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. Maybe if you check the stockroom again after the next server reset they will be okay. It's worth a shot anyways. Best of luck.

This happen to me just the other day! I had a Backpack full of all my steels in my house, and they all disapear :-( yet my house still said it had 148 items. I relog and it all return /phew.

I tell you if it havnt have come back i would have jack WEaponsmith in there and then ! As it taken the best part of 5 months to get all those steels and irons

First of all, my condolences for your loss. A seasoned weaponsmiths' resources are irreplaceable.

The only input I can add to this sprang to mind when you used the word stockroom.

Stockroom, despite the name, is anything but storage. I am not sure if this has changed, but I am almost positive it hasn't.

Anything that enters your stockroom, whether placed there manually by you (by removing an item from sale) or by the timer running out on your sales (used to be 7, now 30) and it being placed into the stockroom automatically is only there for a set amount of time.

Once something enters your stockroom, you have 24 (48?) hours to remove that item, before it deletes itself. If your backpack was there for this long, chances are this is what happened to you.

The only other thing about your message that drew my attention was the message you recieved.

The "The item has been removed because it is no longer valid" message came about after the dev's fixed a duping bug.

Perhaps the steps you took, were the exact same steps one would do to cause this bug. The system recognized it as a dupe attempt, and subsequently deleted the item.

First of all, I am sorry this happened to you, But second. Check it again after a server reset. I had a bunch of droids I had for sale, Decided to change the price that I was selilng them for. (markiing them down) so I withdrew the sale. alt tabed out to figure the new prices. came back. and nothing was in my stockroom now. (yes I had all selected) Next day after the server reset they where all restored, (named Restored item)

No they where not in a backback. I didnt receive the message about invalid item. (Which might be the issue explained about a possible dub exploit) I hope your stuff comes back after the reset.

But if the fix to the dub was to just delete the items and the backpack, That is just lame, so instead of fixing the bug, they just delete the bag.

I just had this happen the other day while crafting and all the resources disappeared that I was using. The response from the CSR was we know that there is an issue and that they could not verify the resources so they would not do anything about it. So far I have 2 tickets open (two characters) and was told that I was SOL and to delete my tickets. One ticket has been open for over two months before they bothered to tell me that I was SOL. I did not delete my tickets and wrote back, but no response so far.

Is it just me or does it seem like Sony's customer service is not very much customer or service focused? I paid for the game and also for the subscriptions so the fact that their response to problems such as this is TERRIBLE.

Well, I am giving them another week and will decide whether to cancel my subscriptions.

As to the shuttle issue, it always says you lose the container you were viewing when shuttling or logging off. Not sure why, but usually nothing gets deleted - moved around in the inventory (which is unsettling to me) but not deleted.
