how in the name of chewy and all his furry friends did you pull that one off? its not even fully sliced yet either! could you give us a walk-through? rough material qualities, exp point allocation, loot used. love to know how you did it, i can only hit 333 dps and my materials are all top 90-95% in terms of quality, even with 12pt suit, 180 dam tissues, etc. i figure i could push that 333 up with a few freeresource deeds, a crafter buff and a couple of new BH loot items, but never that high.

What's the SAC? Not hard to do this if you use looted stocks, looted scopes and experiment speed and damage on componets. Now if this has less then 90 SAC I'll be impressed.

hehe - you found me out.... Yes the SAC is very high, but I only used ranged shot with this weapon so SAC is irrelevant to me...

Its been made recently as it has looted scopes on it, its also been made from a not too bad WS who kinda knows what she is talking about.

Unless the item owner specificaly asked for a faster rifle and not sac capped (may be CM/Ranger or something where sac wouldnt matter due to low modded speed) i would say it will be sac capped.

Does seem strange why you wouldnt show it though

Anyway here is my best effort, not far off but is 12%speed sliced. E11 MK II
