I occassionally get unrealistic requests, and I just explain to them what is and isn't possible. If they believe me, fine. If not, they'll learn eventually (like when they never find a base 400 DPS weapon, which is probably impossible to achieve with all the hardcaps in the system now).

When I get requests for outlandish weapons I usually just make a weapon and tell them it's uber

Isn't this just part of being a WS? Nothing was really any different pre-CU. People always want more than they can get and they're disappointed when it doesn't turn out to be an "I win" button. Just give em their options and tell them to get their gun sliced when slicing finally (if ever) gets fixed.

I educate them as to what's possible and it usually ends there. The occasional idiot who can't take "No" for an answer just gets /addignore'd.

I usually get the "I want a Uber <insert weapon here> weapon". My usually response is define "Uber", High DPS or High Damage and Low Sac?
