well for me they are working, but people have reported that they didnt do anything for them.


Think Muzz mentioned something about logging out and letting his char dissapear from the game world, and when logging in it worked for him (but I should let him comment on that really )


For me it worked as soon as I got it the very first time.

I've only really played around with components tonight. There was nodifference at first but after logging out and back in about 30 minutes later I noticed a difference. I am factory running new Scopes, Stocks and ABRBs overnight and will play around with actual weapons tomorrow.


I didn't notice a huge difference, but there was an improvement nonetheless. It's encouraging to know there is still room for improvement when the resources allow.


2% has made enough of a difference to matter without blowing everything previously crafted totally out of the water.

screwed me over big time, there i was all buffed up and about to craft an adv laser with 196 damage tissues. I get a great assembly with 1030 max damage, i then put 2 points into sac and got a failure (putting it to 91),then pumped 8 points into damage and got amoderate successthe damage at this point drops to 963 so i put the last 2 points into sac and cap it. there I am several million credits out of pocket with a slightly above stock weapon.

So far i have not gotten the buff to work (exact same stats with amazings on componants) ... they did however work for my pups on the artisan buff. Ill try relogging and post back

hmm ok logged again and did more testing got .01 faster on my stock and .02 faster on my Blas rifle barrels. IMO thats not even worth making a new run (.001 and .002 faster in finish product) all other stats were the same except wound went up 1 (which is useless since wound auto capps) any one else get something differant?

Ok so after more work/asking questions/testing. the increase dosent effect assmbly stats only lines you max out (supposedly let me know if im wrong but i was told this by the best AS on our server).. I was able to add 5 damage to a basic alr. If you couldnt get -9sac on a componant you may be able to now. on high end guns like a pistol where you cap before you finish the line you will see no differance. So if you build guns like me with all round stats it will make no differance to you whatsoever.


To support this my PUP's that I crafted went up from high 33% to mid 34% damage (i finished that line) but my speed penalty was not affected (casue i only put 5 points in it) and stayed at low 9%

2% resource Bonus works, fwg went form 92%cap to 94%, however, I notice no increases in amazings whatsoever. Even using port in a research city, same as before. Guess its time to frind FS one more time.....

I cant say ive noticed anything so far.Quite disappointed.This is not a scientic observation but it just seems that way.
