well Im a 12 pointer if HH wants to get together im sure we can tell yea 100% when are server gets online

I was able to test this on TC-Chilastra
I got +30 (using the Ws toolkit and a few extra tapes I had lying around) and was only able to use 12 points of experimentation.

I can test this on TC-Bria if anyone wants me to. I will need the extra +10 or +20 to fit in 3 tapes.

In the CU the +25 cap has been removed meaning you can get more then 25 in SEA mods to work but need someone to test if it is now posible to get more then 12 exp points. If anyone is able to test this please post here

While my understanding of the new system appears to be the same as yours keep in mind that it will have diminishing returns. See the link below where I illustrate my theories on how this works with the weapons/slicing system as it would have to be a similar forumla for the skill system as well. Also my guess would be that they would set the hard cap at +30 for those types of attachments meaning that the best you could ever hope to attain is a 29.999999 as you would never actually get that last tiny bit in a system of diminishing returns. However at this point it is pure theory as to where they would set the hard cap and it may possibly be higher allowing for 13-14pt smiths.

If you've got another +10 in tapes on TC-Chilastra I'd be willing to test this (12 points currently).

Can y'all get together and trade some clothes around to try to get above 30? Maybe one smith has a high mod shirt, the other pants, the other a belt?

You think the Devs will let me trade in my useless AS experimentation tapes for moreWS experimentation tapes? Really glad I spent 30 million on those AS tapes.

our server is going live later today on TC and we should be able to test this with values well above the +30. Remember that there is a law of diminishing returns in effect on everything so in order to actually get the 3rd extra point even if it weren't capped that low you would still likely need more than the +30 to achieve this. I'll also be taking a look at the conversion as there's a few things I'm really interested in seeing work.(legendary tissues, exceptional barrels, a few guns that currently have +220 IRM). Anyways by tonight I should have an answer to at least the +30 experimentation and possibly several others.
