Alright so today they took one of my uber doober stun batons right out of my shop saying the item was unfair to players who didnt have that kind of batons (while i was offline). Ok **edit**.
About 2 months ago they took 9 scatter pistols out of my shop claiming double slices. I made all those Krayt scatters back in November and had them sliced b4 the pistol nerf some around 0.2 sec 400 max sliced. I argued my case and the CSR told me it was gonna be reviewed. Since my account has been flaged for double slicing and i get no response I get to share my wonderful SOE experiences with all of you. I'll just post the E-mail from the Sony's tip-top excellent CSR who seems to know it all about crafting.

Your character Tortilla was reported as being in the possession of several illegal weapons that had been sliced multiple times. Upon investigation of this, a number of scatter pistols were discovered that had stats far and beyond any that could be made without slicing them more than one time. These items have been confiscated and will be destroyed.
Control of your accounts **edit** and **edit** were temporarily taken to further our investigation efforts. As it appears the extent of this is limited to the weapons already taken, control of your accounts will be returned. The password to each account is changeme and can be changed at the Station website.
Please be aware that a warning has been placed upon your two accounts in regards to this matter. If you are found having trafficked in further illegal items, sterner actions will be taken against your accounts. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.

I have a lot of weapons as you probably saw when you logged into my account, lots of loot, and lots of credits so its very hard for me to keep track of things. I read your email and understand why i was investigated. I am not trying to play dumb here but i really cant figure out what scatters did you take and what where the stats. Perhaps you care to enlighten me with an item name and if it was made by me? I produce many pistols with high stats and many smugglers come and slice guns for me. I would really appreciate any info regarding the matter because i dont want to get banned and loose my account over some smuggler who sliced for me.

There were 9 scatter pistols that were confiscated from a container labeled Taco's stuff. These pistols had been obviously sliced more than a single time. The worst of these pistols had been sliced down to 0.2 weapon speed, absolutely impossible without the use of multiple slices, and that is not inclusive of the slices on it to improve damage.
Having investigated the weapon histories, it was found that some of these weapons you had traded to be sliced, had been given to slicers that were banned from the game by the development team due to the use of the slicing exploit. It appears that all of this happened several months ago, back in November. Since it seems that you have not been involved further with the creation of illegal weapons beyond this point, action was limited to the confiscation of the weapons and a warning. These weapons had all been made by your character Tortilla, and several of them even had Taco's name in the title of the weapon.
In my first response i offer the CSR show him even better weapons than he ones he took and didnt get an answer so I dont have a log. Ok now i really wanted to tell this CSR how wrong he is but i had to play cool and try to win my case.

I am still waiting a reply regarding my last email. I thought about posting about this on the boards but i want do want to settle this through email if possible.
I have put together a link with screenshots for you so you can actually see some of my best work as a weaponsmith. Keep im mind all these shots are taking in the crafting process so none of the weapons are sliced. I lost the screenshot for the 0.0 sec scatter however i still have the scatter in game for you to see. Sorry for the loading time on it the webspace works a little slow.

P.S: Note the last screenshot on the link, that component was what 0.0 sec weapons were made with. If you would like to see the component some of the high damage weapons were made with i still have 2 left over for you to see at my shop on the Bria server.

I apologize for the delay, but the development team is not in on the weekends. They are currently reviewing the issue. When I have more information, you will be notified.
I am still waiting on an answer for this.Check out the link i put up for the CSR the weapons are pretty uber. All the weaponsare made back in november, when there was no uber loot other than krayt tissue. I have crafted many better things since then. The CSR never got the guts to check out my 0.0secScatter 316 max unsliced after offering plenty of times. i guess thats sliced 100 times for speed right?
Piece of advice to all WS, HIDE ALL YOUR UBER WEAPONRY!!!!

umm... Screenshots mean NOTHING.
They can easily be edited, and the devs have said multiple times they refuse to use them to aid in any investigations

Well then do you think i should do? unslice the guns? I offered the CSR better weapons than the ones he took. As a matter of fact i still hold better stuff than those ones unsliced. When it happens to you i want to see how u defend yourself.

What am I missing? What did you use on this one?
I dont recall these weapons were made long ago, somewhere around 200+ tissue i assume by stats. All of the stuff is not made with the APH pic i posted

Im a good friend of tax's and i remember those tissues he had
I believe they were +195s
he had some seriously nasty good pistols from that batch

Nice weapons. 
Best thing you can do for yourself is break down the math for them like others are doing in this thread.
SHOW THEM how those weapons can be made. Dont just say "I didnt do anything wrong". Prove to them that it is indeed possible.
If theyre suspicious of you, theyll never leave you alone until you prove to them youre above board.

Some poor WS on my server had his Acklay boned stun batons confiscated by CSR yesterday.. it used 292/200 acklay bones (and melee dmg mitigation can not go under min dmg) so the resulting stun batons were 'to powerfull for pvp' according to CSR
Sounds silly to me they will drop high level acklay bones, and krayt tissues in the game, and then confiscate the weapons afterwards because they feel its unfair.. Kinda wastes all our time and effort doesnt it

There's nothing you really can do, unfortunately.
The devs let you do things within the bounds of the game, and then, of course, you'll get in trouble for doing it.

This is extremely worrisome on two fronts.
First, the CSRs don't seem to have enough knowledge about crafting and are just using unchecked, heavy- handed tatics to force a well established WS out of business.
Second, they are attacking a weaponsmith for something he didn't even do (and couldn't do since he doesn't have the correct skill boxes). WS don't slice weapons, smugglers do. Go after the smugglers CSRs. I don't have my weapons sliced because I have no idea what a smuggler does. I don't even know any good smugglers in game. However, you should not be penalizing a WS for not knowing what a contracted smuggler is doing. This is why we need player created missions that could track when something shady is done and let the CSR penalize the person acually responsible.
Is there a methos by which we can report abuse by CSRs? All weaponsmiths should make TH aware that they are being victimized by CSRs.

In hindsight, not getting weapons sliced will protect us from being accused of doublet slicing. Other then that perhaps we should get our correspondent to ask the devs to educate the CSR's. Yes I know it is a long shot, but it is perhaps the only thing that can be done to stop this happening on a larger scale.
ATM you could give all you best weapon to a trusted friend who is on you admin list in any of you buildings and you not on the list in any of his building... will be hard for the CSR's to track the weapons down then.

LOL, maybe I've never actually examined my ABPH crates. I'll have to check it out tonight.
All weapons and weapon components are in 'wearables' crates. Armor, food/spice, meds, and everything else seems to get the proper crate name and graphic.
I remember a lot of people /bugged this in July because they thought it might be one of the reasons why crates didn't work when placed in input hoppers.

There are some acklay bones out there that have high dmg and are nto bugged its just the ones where the minimum dmg islarger than the max damage that is the problem so if your friends baton has a lower min dmg (considerably lower than the 400+ etc) they won't have to worry.
Currently someone is selling 10 acklay bones on Valcyn that have a max dmg 254 but the min is 98 etc.
