I have been trying to hit Base DPS 400 and higher ( not 398.8 but actually 400+)for awhile on the scylla server and yesterday i finally did it 
Now i'm sure WS's on other servers have probably already accomplished this so i am joining the +400 base dps ranks 
Overall the pistol is decent, SAC could be a little lower but still a worthy gun

nothing wrong with that SAC.... slightly higher than I like but still easily manageable.

im not meaning to flame by any means..... but on valcyn this weapon wouldnt sell. people know that the difference between 65 and 71 SAC is a big difference and that overall DPS means nothing. now im not sure what casings you used or what the resources are like on your server but its pretty easy to hit 400+ dps if you give up SAC IMO

Acutally i would be able to sell it fast. I'm getting more and more request from people for a secondary gun with high dmg low speed. For those very short fights but so fast you can toss a good load of specials and whatever your shooting is dead then.

Nice gun, Wouldnt have a problem selling on my server, Bria. 65 and 71 isn't that big of a deal in my opinion, I'm gonna SAC pup it no matter what and once you do that, your action regen will be higher than you can spam specials. Buffed and full food of course.

As a fellow Scyllan Weaponsmith, I must say I am very impressed.
I have been trying to accomplish something in that range myself and while the damage is not a problem, I have never managed to get the speed quite that low. That is a beautiful pistol, and I would certainly trade my own lower SAC pistol for that speed. With a SAC P/U that will be well under 60. All around quite an accomplishment in my book.

yes i agree very nice weapon just made a scatter that i was impressed with myself although dps not quite as high but they have a lower dam. and the sac notquite as low.nice job

Customers are not all the same. For some this will be an uber gun and will not notice a difference in sac consumption between 65 or 72, for others (mostly WS) everything except SAC cap is bad.
