Just my opinion, but there is NO supply of high end (200+ damage) VK's it seems on any server let alone Ahazi.

If you want to make some phat cash fast, and if its possible, I would consider hitting up the VK market, us TKA's are desperate...they sell for crazy amounts of creds.

With normal resources I'm able to reach 134 damage max.

Some advanced components (Desh Copper, Class 3 Solid Petrochem) haven't spawned in over a month on Kettemoor.

Vibro motors are also item drops on NPC's. I can't speak for any of the other master weaponsmiths here, but my combat skills are pathetic and unless I can convince my PA to go hunting for me, there's no way that I can get any. If you really want the ultimate weapon, I would suggest you collect a bunch of them and bring them to your local weaponsmith, I'm sure that they could cut you a good deal. I know some people are doing the 2:1 thing for Krayt tissue, bring twice the amount of tissue needed and they'll make your weapon for free. I would do the same thing for Vibro Knucklers.

I have Class 3 and Desh Copper (albeit crap Desh copper: SR -330) and they came out only 10 points of damage better. The Desh restricted my damage experimentation to 5 points only...

I think I could only come up with 23-134, 2.3 speed yesterday using normal components. I am guessing 200 damage is only possible with a slice/powerup combo unless advanced/dropped components are used.

It could be because it's not possible.

But finding high speed vibro motors might help a little.

For a while my knucklers were 30-134/2.1, then class 3 solid petro spawned and they went up a bit... just today I made a knuckler with a enhancer in the advanced blade vibro unit. 38-165/2.2 final stats. 200? Not likely.

The two times i've seen Desh on Bria it's sucked in UT also. Platinite copper has a really nice spawn a couple weeks ago, but UT was still only 670ish.

Desh in the UT range of 7-800 would be required on my server to break that 2.2 barrier I have.

Not quite 200 but I managed to get a 34% slice on a VK last night that was 2.2spd and 146 max dmg. It's now 195 max dmg.

Creatures aren't tough enough? Should we put new ones in? No, let's make the existing creatures tougher.
FS system? Let's make it a grind.
Droid Engineers (or other applicable profession) broke? Ignore the problem, people will quit being DEs then there won't be a problem to fix.
People in the forums complaining? Ignore them, every game has forums full of complainers...and we have their money anyway.
What do all of the above have in common? They are all easy solutions.
SWG is the devs' toy...and they're not sharing.

Has nothing at all to do with specialization. With adv vibro motors and pretty **edit** good resources, minetop out at 35-146, 2.2 spd.Enhancements will boost that some more, and I'm sure if you get some and bring them to a WS they'll be happy to craft a pair of enhanced VK's for you.

200+ max damage is possible. I know this because there is one in my pack as I write this post and it is not the first one I've got.
It will require you use an adv vibro unit and good resources. You will also need a vibro motor availible from the ever friendly Nyms of Lok. Finally you have to get it sliced.
They are a dirty dirty #$&%! to make but they sell for a lot of twinkies.

possible, but more pain to make than they're worth it to sell regularly. Try bringing the enhancements to your local WS yourself.
