Be very sure of what you're deleting when you delete base tissues. I had a set of 11x +57 tissues (or around there), and I went on a deleting spree, getting rid of the base tissues, however, my good tissues were bugged (there was no yellow-text on it anymore, it was somehow removed, and I deleted 2-3 of the +57's)

Why would anyone delete any tissues at all? If it isn't uber enough for you, then you can either give it to a new weaponsmith that doesn't have the resources that you do, or use it to make some lower level krayt weapons that newbies can use (krayt d18s, dh17 carbines, or dlt20 rifles) and sell them for cheap to help people who are just starting out.

Please drop any auction winnings at my vendor on Corellia. It is Abilof Weapons at -1803 2347 just east of the Kor Vella starport or the Fort Qui shuttleport.

Why would you delete base tissues anyway? People pay good money for some of the onepower handlerpistols like a Scout Blaster or Scatter with a Krayt tissue in them.

This reminds me of something an Armorsmith friend told me when i first started Rangering for her on my non-weaponsmith account.

"Any looted enhancement is better than no enhancement."

as long as it's an item that enhances a weapon/component, it will boost weapon stats. if it's loot that is used to replace a component, then maybe you shouldn't hang on to it, but if it's a looted item that's an optional component, keep it, as it will make better products.

i did a lot swap with someone on a different server, and i have 3 houses full of base geonosian yellow cubes, base krayt tissues, ect. someday i need to get off my lazy rodian butt and go on a major crafting spree.

First: a triple hex on you for deleting any krayt tissues, irregardless of stats. =P

Second: not all tissue sets have a "yellow" tissue. I don't think it's a bug; I'm not sure anyone has ever truly been able to determine what the point of the yellow text on some items in a set is, but it's not significant. Not all items have them, and those that sometimes do aren't necessarily better.

Yellow items means that something is different from the standard stats that item should have. Also if its a set only 1 will be yellow rest in white, you must of not had 11 tissues but only 10 of them and someone else had the yellow somewhere. This happens often if multiple people are trying to loot or if you just misplaced it.

One...deleting Krayt tissue is a mortal sin.

Two...next time bring more storage space, you would think 80+50 would be enough.

GAH! Deleting tissues!!!! That's insane.
Only one word for it: greed. Too many people think that anything but a high damage tissue is worthless.
