Checked my ph today and its over 1200max and over 600min unpupped. Now while its not a common hammer its not the only one of its kind either. I know a few other people who waited till slicing changes took place to get similar hammers sliced so we'd definitely get a full dmg slice.

The reason I said usually is that there has been some reports that PHs could be sliced over damage cap ![]()
I havent tried this myself, as I havent had the acklay bones necessesary to test it out.
To clearify for allmost every weapon (if not all) slicing cap is lower than crafting cap ![]()
