Thread: Super easy and super uber grinding macro
this seems like a great macro, but i am having the same problem that a few other guys are having (but i didnt see anyone propose a solution for it).
i craft my first barrel and it tells me the crafting session has ended. i get the xp. and it goes on to the next generic crafting station. i put the resources in and it tells me the crafting session has ended and goes on to the next one. the big problem is that the 9 second timer thingy doesnt come up for the second crafting station and if i keep going it does that for all the crafting stations in f6 thruf10.
does anyone have any ideas. i keep checking my spelling,spacing,etc in my macro and i cant find any errors there.
to change the pause times, change the value after /pause from 5 to something like 3. I have an uber computer and I changed mine all the way down to 2. While I do get more errors, overall it freakin flies. I have gone from 1-1-0-0 to 2-2-1-1 just this morning during coffee ![]()
somewhere earlier someone also mentioned adding /pause 2 to the very beginning of both macros...this will probably help a bunch of you with the already crafting message and no XP gains.
Hope that helps
It take sometime to get it going but after that I have been able to level up 1 skill level in a day.
I'm having a problem that it seems a lot of the wepaonsmiths are having my line: /nextcraftingstage; Has NEVER worked. I switched it to: /next; and /nextCraftingStage; and /nextcraftingStage. I am no where near a crafting station, so again, it's ruled out. But I came up with a solution that I think works for me, just involves a little bit more of the button pushing. Lemme see if I can show you people who are having a problem and see what you think.
F1 & F2 are Marcos #1 and #2
F7 - F12 are General Weapon Crafting tools
Macro #1:
/ui action toolbarSlot07;
/selectDraftSchematic 117; (this will be different for you)
/pause 9; (this will be the moment of truth. I'll explain this below)
/ui action toolbarSlot08;
/selectDraftSchematic 117; (this will be different for you)
/pause 9;
/ui action toolbarSlot09;
/selectDraftSchematic 117; (this will be different for you)
/pause 9;
/ui action toolbarSlot10;
/selectDraftSchematic 117; (this will be different for you)
/pause 9;
/ui action toolbarSlot11;
/selectDraftSchematic 117; (this will be different for you)
/pause 9;
/ui action toolbarSlot12;
/selectDraftSchematic 117; (this will be different for you)
/pause 9;
/ui action toolbarSlot01; (This will summon Macro #2)
Macro #2
/ui action toolbarSlot00; (This is going to head back to Macro #1)
Now the "moment of truth" as I call it, is really a time when you click in your resources and then hit the "enter" key until the object is made. If you're not making something that requires more the one double click (I am, hence the /pause 9; command) you can change the /pause #; to anything that will work for what you are crafting. The only minor problem is that you have to wait for the materials to load before you hit the "enter" key. Be patient!
Ionly suggest this method if the macro isn't working for you because the /nextcraftingstage command screws it up somehow.
Many thanks to Anger / whymeswg for this useful and beneficialmacro of uber grindingness. And you'll have to excuse me if I got this bit wrong since it's the first time I put together this exact Macro. Mine was a bit more....round about when I made it.

I did forget to mention one thing. In order to not be crafting items out the wazoo, make sure you craft something before and put you tool on practice. that way, whenever you craft, Practice mode will already be marked and you don't have to switch it over as the clock ticks down on your pause. I think that's it. Happy crafting!

Hi there,
Just wanted to add for the person that was having troubles earlier - when the poster posted this they said 'general' crafting too. For me, I had thought this meant "Weapon/Droid/General". I had also thought that "Requires Generic Tool" was the only schematics to count. I was wrong. As I am an architect as well, my generic tool can create certain deeds that the schematics quotes as "Requires Specialized Crafting Tool".
This fact screws up my counts. So, if you have mixed professions like I do, use a "Generic" crafting tool and you should be able to find the schematic number more easily.
Hope it helps....
Oops!
Meant to say:
As an architect - my general/weapon/droid tool can create deeds that the schematics quote as requiring "Speacialized Crafting Tool".
You have to play around with the number. Ignore the text message "crafting have ended". I still get skill point.
The rest of the script I keep it as original.
Hope this help.
my macro doesnt work anymore since the mounts/cities patch--no matter what schematic number is put in, it will only allow me to craft chemical dispersion thing--ees...what do i do?
the macro has done miracles for me before this weekend.
