Are there some mission where you got a nice power hammer as reward?

Or are there some creatures that drops power hammers?

They're Weaponsmith crafted only items. The good ones use the Red Geonosian cubes that are -14 action cost. So if you get those for the WS who's crafting, it'll cost you a lot less
