I don't think this works from the bank, only when dropped & floating in a structure you're admin to. Which, in my opinion, is still a pain to make sure the structure has room for the pack and the items in it in order to drop it to equip the toolkit. Like many others I too carry my tools, food, and whatnot in my pack. Life would be much easier if bandoliers can be worn simultaneously with a pack. Even for non-crafters I've seen many requests for this as bandoliers can have sockets andcan present a nice characterlook and packs serve no other purpose other than storage since sockets in packs don't take SEA's.
I check in on the Tailor forums from time to time to check on this issue as well as tape stacking. My 2 pet peeves regarding clothes.

Please add your sentiments in the Weaponsmith Issues thread that our correspondent is supposed to keep tabs of. I think we may have some momentum, but if we few who have experienced this (actually bought a WS toolkit yet) or spend the time to read these forums want it to change it,we will have to be a little more vocal.
