Eh, anyway what I always did is for default attacking
You take your speed modifier, and subtract it from 100
i.e.
+55 speed
100 - 55= 45
Your hitting at 45% of the weapons listed speed

Ok... I looked around first and couldn't find the info (of course I am a bit search challenged).

Check the formula again, and reread what I said. You don't divide by zero, you're dividing zero by something. Totally different. The answer is always zero.

i have seen a screen shot, that my friend showed me of a vk that was 1.4 attack speed like 90-367 damage, and the screen shot was named a 50 mil vk, lol pritty crazy hu. wouldnt that take like kryt tissue, and a extremely rare and good night sister moter to make with one of the best weapon smiths ever, with a perfect slice??? this vk didnt have a damage powerup eather, but was sliced.

Actually all it would take to make that weapon would be a really good NS VK. They add to speed, damage, and accuracy I believe.

Does anyone know what the cap speed is for TKA? I've found an Unarmed Speed+7 skill tape that I thought would be worth at least 4Million but the few people who posted on my auction have said that Unarmed Speed caps out without skill tapes before you even hit Master TKA and that the Unarmed speed tape is not all that worth while except for noobs who need to up their speed until they get near master.
Is this true and what is the cap speed for Unarmed?

You can't put a Krayt tissue in a VK anyhow. It might not have been crafted though, could be a legendary or exceptional loot.
Edit: with a good slice it could easily be a really good NS motor as well.

I already looked at the VK stuff on top, but i have an ohter question. How much does a nice quality sliced VK sell for. I am unarmed 3 only but i still wanna know how much i should save up. I am master doc so i can raise money pretty quickly.

Depends usually on the A.S. as well as the damage... for a pair of VK that are lets says 1.7 A.S. with 206 damage... if you know the right vendor.. get away under 300k... MAYBE... ive seen pairs go for 1.5 mil which i hate to admit I bought... 
it mainly depends.. for your state I would just recommend looking for a pair that has high A.S. dont worry about damage and all until you hit novice TK.. you'll hit for the A.S. lets say 1.7 but damage will still be the same if you wear the knucklers or not..

i bought speed sliced VK with spd of 1.6 for 10k
damage was pretty standard for a VK 145max.

Speed sliced VK's aren't really worth a whole lot. The only time you should be using one is unarmed 1-tkn. After that you need a damage sliced one with around 200+ damage. Those are anywhere from 200k to 2 million, depending on the vendor and the server. Best bet is to buy a few cases of high quality knucks and have a slicer slice them for you.

As you exit the Starport in Thebes Naboo go straight to Industrial City. Found a shop there selling VK 1.9 speed, 146 damage for 4500. Not superb knucklers, but for what you're getting the price is great.
