best overall I have made was for my speed capped MSwords...(acklay) 7.4? 7.2? 533 dmg but 1470ish condition. I myself rather get more life out of my weapons, and rarely sell one under 1k condition.

On lower end hammers range mods are the most important stat, you would be wise to work into range instead of condition. I just cant see a market for a 7+ speed hammer......

With +25 in Accuracy tapes I have little problem hitting with a -40. Granted I still do miss, but I do not PvP, and that toon being a def stacker there is little I cannot spend a whole buffset tanking if I miss a shot. Like I said that was for my own personal SPEED CAPPED toon, not for sale. Speed matters not when you have +103 two hand speed.

oops and to add, it's not really a low end hammer when you use a 92-211 bone is it?

well 533 max damage makes it low end in my book no matter what the condition is....

Same.... I got 617s unenhanced after slice, 471 unsliced. I wouldve put 10pts into damage to get it high then 1/2 if i was 11/12 pt into the condition.

You used a bone like that so you could use more points on condition, instead of doing a hammer with 200-630 damage that could go up to 260-820 with a 30% slice??? I hope it'll get a nice damage slice, or else you have wasted those bones.

- You need to go prepared for PVP.
- Yes, I know.
- Coz those that aren't prepared, die first, and then the pikemen.

I think he's wasted them already. The PH is now worth no more than 400k if speed sliced whereas the bones would be at least 4mil on Flurry. Probs closer to 10mil.

But see the thing is I'm not using them to make PH's for sale, personal preferences > monetary value since I already have several 670ish dmg unsliced PH's (120-250 bones)Different weapons for different applications. For daily killing this is what I use

Still, I can't understand where's a problem in keeping 1 or 2 normal hammers on you for daily killing as you said it...

And I just don't understand why I am getting flamed by everyone because I don't follow the "standard". I collect all my own bones and tissues....and have plenty to mess around with, and turn into weapons which I use. Jeebus never thought I'd be berated by everyone for making a weapon how I wanted it. /sigh

Ok, it seems like you haven't seen some serious flame wars. I never had the intention to flame you, and I'm sorry if you see it that way, but neither me or shug or freeenterprise said anything about you, we made a comment on the use of the bones. And of course it is your right to make your weapons the way you want them.

Anyway, the better thing you can do to raise the condition is to get 12 points.

Yeah no flames, just a discussion on how crafting styles differ. I mean even with a high condition the repair process is only going to gain you a couple repairs with a 1400 condition, since it exponentially increases the amount of condition lost on the first 1 or 2 repairs.

I was 12 points before I started WS. I know I would have no problem making a 6XX damage 1k+ condition PH if I chose to with these, and understand that would sell better. But nobody ever buys my enhanced weapons, so I finally just started making them the way I wanted to for myself. Having 50ish bones (non-base) and 100+ krayt tissues, I can afford to make funky little items now and then =]
