Here's mine before the slice:
Stated 58 dps
Attack Speed 2.6
Min/Max 71-260
Wound 39%
Point Blank +8 @ 0m
Ideal +8 @ 3m
Max +8 @ 5m
HAM cost 35/68/40
**Slicing added 19 to my max dmg bringing it to 271
Basically it seems that sword quality is a combination of the Weaponsmith's skill and the quality of the materials used.
