I mean that's just ridiculous for a game to get to the point that you're uber because you looted uber. They're trying to actually turn this game into something that takes skill and strategy... I like that








I have to agree. I have a friend who has a looted Legendard PH and for a +30% damage slice and clocks in at 1300 damage with a powup in place. (thisis in the current system) This guy is untouchable in PvP. Easily getting 1 and 2 hit kills. And now with his ADK on the hammer, he will be untouchable for all time.


I have mixed feelings about these caps. But getting a +35% damage slice on an exceptional loot crafted item is a very rare event. But when it happens, it become game unballancing. And anything which unballances the game is a bad thing.

right now on TC you will only find and craft weapons in the upper limit range of quality to test high end balance issues, because high end weapons have a potential of imbalance.At launch though, the average unenhanced crafted weapon will have stats which are a lot lower.

If you balance the highend first everything lower should become easier to straighten up.

The caps we see now on TC will be the ones when CU hits us but hopefully they will be a lot more difficult to achieve

I hope this is the case. And it makes complete sense. Having a high-endweapon capto keep people from getting "crazy" powerful (ie game unballancing)weapons is a very good thing.
