Number one way to win your case on uber weapons is as follows make the schematic, and do not use it up leave it in a factory.

That way if a csr says its not possible you can prove it. If it is possible smear the csrs name all over the board and tell people on your server to right it down. That way if the csr contacts someone about something they can say this.

Oh I am sorry I was looking for someone that knew what they were talking about.

If you smack that schematic down in their faces they cannot say anything to the contrary, and with that solid proof. If they still say nope not possible uh uh. I would contact sony directly with a complaint about employee harassment. Give them the csrs name and the fact that you did prove to him that you did not cheat. Start useing big words like slander and defimation of character and fraud.

If they feal the gun is unfair, and you made it within the rules of the game. Then tell them to take it up with the devs and have them fix the crafting system. That things like tissues will not break hardcaps on certain weapons.

Atm i hold a couple of APH 20-232max -1.4sec I dont make it a habit of making schematics of actual weapons as I dont like to waste exceptional tissue. I do have the schematics for the 232max APH... but will they ever look at it? Seems like once they make up their mind they dont care what you have to say.

Guys and Gals, I totally understand you point in this matter. I have been on both sides of the coin in matter like this in different games.

With the current game mechanics it is truely possible to forge weapons of such magnitude. But, lets take it from the CSRs point of view.

CSR's have certain guild lines which the MUST follow. Most of these CSRs have Never Played the game let alone even seen the SWG game Box. As A CSR, I see a Weapon which looks GODLY. I am forced to removed it from the game. No questions asked. Now the player who made the weapon. Goes **edit**! and complains to that CSR what happened. Now remember this CSR has no knowledge of Game mechanics and you might as well be speaking Greeks to him. All he can say I will look into it.

Now your complaint gets placed where every other complaint goes for ever Server in the same pile. Depending on the amount on complaint personal vs the complaints, You will get a letter stating we have received your complaint and are looking into it. But, in Fact your complaint is at the bottom of the pile like so many other complaints. Then When the complaint department finally looks at your complaint they send it off to the department that can answer your question the best possible way. At this Point the complaint personal has no real idea what you were talking about because, the CSR report does not match your complaint or the CSR wrote down that The weapon was double Spiced and was removed for that reason. So instead of sending your Report to the play testers that grind this stuff out and would 99.9% agree with you after testing the Facts. You get flagged as a hacker of sorts.

During all this time, you are heating up and getting mad because, it seems like they dont want to help you or Labelled you as Hacker. Or They did review your case and said sh*t hes right, our game mechanics have made these weapons way to powerful and are trying out the best way to fix this problem.

Now My advice to you is. Work with them! instead of saying why in the hell you took me weapons for no reason. But, Tell them Look I see with have a problem about these certain items. lets try to work together in solving this problem..

Now, you want to prove your case so YOU will have to do all the work just about.. Try to remember every Item you used to make this weapon and where you found it. Give as much information as humanly possible, leave nothing out. Make your report out and mail it to them. They will send that report to the Game testers to grind it out and if the Numbers match you will be compensated for it. Now if the numbers dont match you might have a problem.

Now, the Question to you will arise is why in the Hell should I do this. I am a paying customer and I should be treated with respect, etc, etc, etc.

I just have to say is actions speaks louder then words. Help them out and see..

Sounds like you got of easy and you should count your blessings... It looks like they have quite a bit of convincing evidence against thos scatter pistols. They were sliced, they had very, very good stats that would require very, very rare/limited loot to make and yet there were 9 of them, and they had recorded trades of those weapons with known multi-slice smugglers that have since been banned. Sounds like multi-sliced weapons to me. Just because you have other weapons with better stats proves nothing to me, especially since they have NOT been sliced. If those scatters had not been sliced as well and not sliced by known multi-slicers, you might have a legitimate grief.

When you get equipment modified and place it on your vendor for resale, you're are assuming responsibility for that equipment. I think you're pretty lucky that they didn't take more severe measures. If you sell sliced weapons, you should know and trust your slicer.

Maybe the CSRs were only looking for more weapons for themselves?

I hope all of this gets resolved in your favor .. one practice I have always made that can avoid issues like this is to put the stats of the gun in the title at the naming stage. If your Scout Blaster says "Scout Blaster 100-500/0.1 by Me", then the only modifications on the stats afterwards can be a single slice and a powerup, which you should be able to calculate back to the original stats in the title of your gun with some simple math.

I dont really care about the stats but this is the most significant part of the csr's reply.

"Having investigated the weapon histories, it was found that some of these weapons you had traded to be sliced, had been given to slicers that were banned from the game by the development team due to the use of the slicing exploit."

Your weapons may have been legit, but once you handed them to exploiters to slice you cut your own throat. I realize you may not have know, but I find it suspect that they said you had dealt with slicer(s) not a slicer who had been banned.

Spoken like a challenged WS. Yes there were 9 Scatters taken away, not counting the ones which i have now hidden in a very safe place because of ppl like you.... I should be showing off those guns that were legit made but instead i have to hide them as if they were some kind of anomally or exploit. The guns crafted came out with the stats i expected them to be before the assembly(give or take 1point of dmg and 0.1sec) The fact that they are all named after my ALT is because of the components and expectations that went into the crafting of the gun.

Does a krayt dragon drop up to 11 tissues in 1 drop? Does a scatter require only 1 tissue to make? Couldn't you add a +20 feeder mech to improve damage on a scatter back in November? How long would it take a group to kill a Krayt back in November? How often would Krayt spawn back in November?

Regarding the smugglers, more than 1/2 the smugglers i knew in game got banned around december/january. Back in November (no slice tag) a slicer would be handed a weapon for slicing and he/she would have no idea if it had been sliced already. A lot of innocent ppl got banned who didnt know they were double slicing for 2k at the starport. Get your facts right.

I can tell you never made anything close to what i have. At the sig below by the crafting station i am gonna leave 2 outstanding power handlers so you can drool tonight (and yes i still have the schematic for that 1 in case u wonder how it was crafted). You should apply for a job as a SOECSR. You are clueless.

See there goes your credibility. Ive been a smuggler since Dec and there werent that many banned and no one was banned for casual slicing. People were only banned when they found patterns of abuse. Either your lying about how many you knew who were banned or you had a lot of friends who exploited regularly.

Sounds like you deal with very suspect characters and you're paying the price now. I fully realize and have looted myself krayt tissues in moderate to large quantities along with using them in my own weapon production. If the CSR had not had evidence of those weapons being handled by known and banned slicers, than there wouldn't be an issue, would there? Sounds like you need to watch who you do business with in terms of smugglers in the future.

Yesterday, one of my friends was told by a CSR that /who rebel wasn't bringing up rebels for him because "/who rebel will bring up players that have rebel as part of their name, not players who are rebels."

Aside from making the CSRs play the game themselves for a MONTH before they start the job, they should provide them with copies of the little manual that comes with the game, because the CSR's don't even know the most basic of stuff. And as a result, they end up making fools of themselves more than once.

Tortilla, if these weapons weren't multi-sliced as you say, and you have been given the shaft, you have the advantage of having right on your side. Good luck battling the CSR's! Let us know how it turns out.

Regardless of who the **** sliced for me and if they multiple sliced in their free time, those guns were sliced for meby was just 1 smuggler when the exploit consisted of multiple slices. Show me the **edit**ing slice records of the gun (dont they have them?) and i'll let it go but im not gonna put up with a CSR who says 0.2sec at 400 max is impossible must be sliced multiple times because its certainly not. Hell i could craft a 350 max 0.8sec unscliced today and thats after the pistol nerf.

Keep trying to get in contact with them on the phone - this is not acceptable. Those guns are some good pieces, and SOE just need to educate their staff a bit more, and tell them what loot they added to the game from the beginning, not what loot is left right now since not all are used instantly. Its amazing what you can teach a monkey so might be an idea to replace some of the staff?
