Copper at 982CD, 982OQ spawned on Scylla a while back. I put about 60 harvs on it at the time

Wow. Heorot, glad I'm on your side in this. lol.
2% is better than 10%, and 2 of my crafters are poverty stricken noobs on small servers where good resources sell for large amounts of credits. Theywould appreciate a small buff in their hard earned medium quality resources - but honest - they aren't any more in favor of this than my 3 established crafters on the big servers!

If Artisans are only getting +1% buffs... they will need 991 or so Cond to cap on crafting tools no?

If WS did not have caps then this buff would not be so bad. Having said that I still think its a terrible idea. Just remove the gd thing from the publish.

Even 2% is dumbing the game down, now you just have to be pretty good to cap, instead of being good to cap.
If experimentation exists and weapons are meant to not be 100% perfect, why make the game dumber by letting people hit 100% and cap out?
There should be a reward for excellence, sometimes excellence is hard to acheive. Thats what makes it worthwhile.
Couldn't agree more. This profession is slowly being asphyxiated.

Good, this means the buffs will be worthless (as they shouldn't even be put into the game)if you know the math involved on components and final weapon assemblies.
